Stayed here for a couple of nights when visiting for a World Cup game. My son and I didn't spend much time in the room but it was clean and had plenty of space. We arrived super late at night and the woman who checked us in was extremely kind; she went out of her way to give us suggestions on places to visit/eat. I wish I got her name (she was there overnight, around 12:30 on June 18th) if her management sees this, I hope y'all give her a shoutout! We didn't eat breakfast but there was a ton of food to choose from. Housekeeping did a great job and the location of the hotel was within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. We also felt safe here, which was #1 for me considering I was traveling solo with a child.
Side note: I stayed in room 308. I didn't realize bed bugs were an issue in this room until AFTER I scrolled through previous reviews. If I knew that I would have asked for a different room simply to avoid this issue. Fortunately my son and I did NOT have issues with them.

we arrived at 940pm
tired and wanted to get settled in
the hotel receptions was on the phone
we waited and waited and waited and while we waited i heard it was a personal call
after 20 minutes my wife said
can we please check in??
he hung up after another minute
and didn't mention our wait
the idea of making a paying client wait to deal with personal business
is what is making the US worker
falling far behind other groups
i'd much preferred a non US worker!
Do Not Stay Here. First, they say they are of the convention center...it is at least 3 blocks away with other, nicer hotels around. No parking means you park 2 blocks away, but have to do a circle around the block to get there. Then, parking is an additional $38 for overnight, but add $5 if you drive anything other than a small car. They let the public hang out in the lobby and would rather talk to them than paying guests. At 9pm they lock the front door and you can only enter with a key card. I feel like them letting anyone in during the day (mind you, no restaurant or bar inside) sets up the need for that. And the room had a regular window that looked into some kind of room that had footprints leading right up to the window. That window also faced your safe. Multiple customers said they were either scammed at parking or felt unsafe at the hotel. We stayed less than 2 hours, just long enough for quick showers and left. Tried to complain but was never acknowledged at the desk. Was only able to say I wasn't staying, that I would be checking out before they started ignoring me. Of course, no type of refund given, even though Hotels.com tried to get me something.
Edit to add that whoever answers their reviews like to act like they care. However, don't be fooled. If you go through reviews you can see that nothing changes. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they had some sort of exchange system to get reviews. If they were so sorry about anything they would have allowed at least a partial refund. The hotel was not full of paying guests per reservation sites, so they would not have lost anything by a partial refund.

The customer was absolutely catastrophic. I tried to modify my check in date 48 hours before. I was on Time to do that and they finally refused. I don’t recommend that hotel.

You can see the screenshot that my request of change my date have been refused. I repeat that the customer service of the réception Saturday night was horrible and she sent me to booking.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in years.
Breakfast: basically non-existent. The juice is artificial, the fruit is to be cut, but there are no real knives, so it is impossible. The scrambled eggs seemed reheated; it was horrible. The coffee machine wasn't working. Everything runs out immediately. The tables move. A mess.
Room: The bathroom's light didn't work (they fixed it). The pillows are good if you want to sleep sitting down. I sleep lying down, so I couldn't sleep. I asked them for thinner pillows, they wrote it down and brought me even bigger, huge pillows. Which, for me, indicates it was intentional. You can't write "smaller" and bring "bigger". The room was FREEZING cold, even if it was spring, and the heating system didn't work well (if at all). They didn't clean the room, even though I came back around 7 pm. Plenty of time, I'd say.
Personal: The front desk worker was in a bad mood and kept expressing his frustration by banging on doors. He had a line of people waiting for assistance, and all he did was complain out loud, go back inside, bang some doors, and come back. The manager didn't care one bit that the staff was making people nervous and creating a hostile environment.
Do yourself a favor. Find another hotel.
