  Needed a room due to power outage, we were told it would be 4 days until power would be back up. It was up in a day, so we didn't need to stay the 4 nights. Staff refused to refund my money, booked for 4 nights, didn't stay 1 night, and wouldn't refund me for 3 nights. I was told to have Priceline call the hotel, and they would refund me for 3 nights. When Priceline called, the hotel said no to canceling. Would NOT recommend, unless you know you'll be staying the entire time.

  we booked a room for four nights because our power went out and then it came back on so we wanted to cancel the other three nights, but they told us we had to call price line so we did, then priceline called the hotel and the hotel said they can't give us a refund even though we wouldn't be staying there those three nights they still charged us. it's just kind of confusing because they told us to call priceline for a refund and then priceline had to call the hotel to tell us we can't get a refund, it's just a lot of pointless back and forth and a waste of money. don't recommend staying here unless you know you don't need to cancel.

  Clean room. Noise upstairs after 10pm that was not taken care of after even 4 calls. Breakfast was full but eggs were watery and some butter was churned. However, I'm not picky and I ate it nonetheless. I appreciated the location and the fact that it was pet friendly. Some minor changes would make it great.

  The stay here was honestly not great Coming in the prices are already very high , and we had to lay a 100 dollar deposit. During the stay we had went down to go to the pool and hot tub , turns out you have to pay for the hot tub .. pool only 4ft when getting up the next morning , we had noticed our bodies being very itchy .. Our key card did not work through out the whole stay , and continued to tell the worker at the front desk with no new card even tho it was expressed multiple times , when leaving the worker at the front desk said to contact them later in the day about the deposting because “her manager had our money with him” , 2 days later and they are still saying the manager is not in , until today they actually just stopped answering the phone ..

  Well worth the money. Staff is great, clean room, nice pool . Loved the breakfast. I'm retired, I travel a lot .I stay in different hotels price friendly. You can't beat the price for the stay. I Joined the reward program, Definitely my top hotel for the price. Ashley, the desk person was great. I recommend staying here if your in town.
