  Ive stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years as i travel alot for work over the years i have watched the hotel progressively decline i get in from work to a room that hasnt been touched unless i specifically request it before i go to work on days that house keeping dont come i try to get towels there always washing and they give u tiny pool towels the people at the front desk dont really understand English that well if your staying for a night or so it MIGHT NOT be so bad but if its over a night expect no towels no service and a hectic check in experience

  Very clean room, bathroom, and lobby area! Price for a 4 night stay was very affordable especially compared to other places in/around this area!! The best part of my stay was the front desk/night audit representative Sunny! He was extremely nice and helpful. He was very polite and professional and made the stay even better!!! He had the best attitude and it was by far the best customer service/hospitality experience I’ve ever had while traveling and staying anywhere!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

  Well, let's start with no television for my grandchildren all weekend. Wait staff was very busy but limited but they did try and be as helpful as possible. The shower in our room caused water to run out near the rooms door making it a slip hazard. We tried using the computer in the lobby and noone could provide a password. For the prices they charge you would be better off going further out elsewhere. They did have a pool but there were hardly any towels at all we had to ask for extra towels constantly.

  I've stayed at many of the hotels in the area. This one is the best in all aspects. The price is just right when compared to the other "cheaper" options nearby. And even if it isn't the cheapest hotel in the vicinity, they do everything right. Daily room service available if you notify them before 9AM. Continental breakfasts with plenty to choose from. Not just coffee and bread! A community pool A place to do laundry The employees were very nice and kind and the service is great. If I EVER need a place to stay, I absolutely know I can count on this place to be it.

  I almost never give out low rating with all my travels (600+). Small operator, this hotel will let u hang dry when comes to any issues. Stay away and go elsewhere. I am a loyal customer, a diamond selected, spent many stays at Bestwestern domestic or oversea. Due to the weather, we called and cancelled one of the stays, and hotel agent said ok. Turned out the charged us for the "no show", even hotel wasn’t busy at all, plenty rooms. I called the hotel and asked for a discretion for that one day. The amount of stays with BW, I spent roughly $40-60k per year, and they nickel and dime for that one day. Loyality is a two way street. Heart to heart, we travel for work, bad weather, a long day, most hotels will understand and work with the customer. The hotel threw a rule book at me, I must give them 24 hrs to cancel. BW keeps offer promotion to keep us the loyal customers to stay with BW. How many times the hotels were sub standard and gave them a past. This incident gave me a very bad taste and I guarantee I will not stay at BW again. Including all my conferences booking. Bad business. simple greed of this hotel, short sighted. Mr petel, words are empty.
