  Very poor maintained, broken blind, metal floor strip loose with nails sticking up, bloody pillow, and tv not working properly. Also reserved a handicapped room and was not given one as they false advertised having one. Daughter could not use the shower or maneuver her wheelchair around the room or enter the bathroom.

  I booked this hotel through Expedia for parents day weekend from April 10 - April 12 2026. my experience was extremely disappointing. not even 1 star hotel. The breakfast had very limited options and the food was cold. The coffee was also of very poor quality (practically brown water), and even the water in the cooler was warm. There appeared to be only one staff member at reception, who was not very polite or helpful. The shower made a loud squeaking noise, and the room lacked proper bedding. There was no comforter, just a blanket wrapped in sheets. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the price charged.

  Mucho cuidado. Me hospedé 3 días/ 2 noches sola. Y trataron de entrar a mi habitación a las 6am, sin tocar la puerta, sin llamar antes, sin notificar y la verdad nosé que hubiese pasado si no hubiera tenido el pestillol y una silla detrás de la puerta. Luego de que se me pasó el susto le comenté a la persona encargada (creo esposa del dueño) y me dijo que fué housekipping con una sonrisa burlona. Ella debe saber algo. El dueño duerme en las habitaciones vacías. La persona que casi entra tenía acceso y tan pronto la puerta paró con el pestillo y la silla, salió corriendo al elevador. Solo doy gracias por haber salido de allí. No es para mujeres solas y definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

  Very clean. Only things keeping it from being a 5 star are the mattresses, pillows and some minor maintenance issues. Otherwise its nice, fairly quiet and is across from a huge antique mall.
