  I reserved and paid for two queen beds but when I arrived they told me that they downgraded me to two full beds and they refused to refund me the difference. They said it's the same price but I don't think that's accurate. The rubber stopper in the toilet wouldn't seal so I had to take the lid off and push it down so it would seal and the toilet wouldn't run. Finally, the beds were so incredibly hard my wife and I both woke up with backaches. I've stayed at other best westerns without issues but I won't come back to this one.

  Found this hotel to be very comfortable, well managed and safe. 24 hours front desk service, clean rooms, bathroom and amenities. Breakfast was free and it was great, comparable to any big hotels. Overall, it was a pleasant stay here.

  I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is everything you could want in a hotel. Quiet, clean, peaceful. A.K. The general manager was extremely helpful

  We stayed here for Grounhog Day - the staff was so helpful and attentive. They provided extended breakfast hours for all the people attending the celebration. AK at the front desk was so accommodating- truly exceptional service.
