  I don't usually leave reviews but I really felt the need to do so this time....Nida was very welcoming from the minute I walked through the doors. I drove 14 hours and through a very bad storm but Nida was so friendly that all of my stress went away. You don't usually get friendly customer service especially at hotels but she really made my stay here a pleasure GIVE HER A RAISE!!! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. For not being an expensive hotel you won't be disappointed.

  I wasn’t pleased with the stay at this hotel in room 172 on the 6/13th as I experienced a bug and an ant crawling and I could not sleep for the rest of the night. The night shift front desk clerk QUINN was not apologetic about anything AND EVEN AFTER I SAID GOOD NIGHT HE DIDN’T RESPOND BY SAYING HAVE A GOOD NIGHT. I’M IN THE TRAVEL BUSINESS SO I ALWAYS STRESS COURTESY IS THE BEST POLICY TO YOUR GUEST HE LACKS IN THAT DEPARTMENT so I was very disappointed with him. WON’T BE STAYING THERE ANY LONGER SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOUR COMPANY.

  Love the location. Breakfast was ok. 7/10 clean. We arrived at 8pm. Asked for a late checkout was told we needed to pay the night... kinda crazy considering we even got there late. Needed to do a few things but we couldn't so we just left by 11. These hotels each time provide less and less. Now, please note. The gym, does not work the bike is the only thing working. Both the eliptical and the treadmill are down. Might as well close the gym and say you dont offer it. The plugs on the nightstand dont work either. Carpet towards the windows was very stained. But we dont expect much for Best Western.

  The rooms were clean and very fresh smelling. The staff was eager to assist me in any way; such as offering to help me with my luggage. Easy access off of interstate 81 and the PA Turnpike. The hotel was off the road so it was very peaceful in a nice green, slightly wooded area. They only charged $20.00 for pets and allowed slightly larger dogs. My dog is 40 pounds. Other half decent hotels charged $50.00 for pets. For the price it was well worth the money.
