  Customer Service: ABOVE & BEYOND I want to thank Ashtyn for his kindness. My girlfriend was very sick 🤢 on the day we were scheduled to check-out. I contacted Ashtyn who was working the front desk. He was understanding, emphatic, and capable. He took care of everything ,moving us to an available room directly across the hall. My girlfriend needed the time to recover. Ashtyn saved the day!! !! I recommend Agate Beach Inn. It is a wonderful hotel with wonderful people. Thank you Ashtyn. 👋🏼

  Would love to stay here again when in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with a beautiful beach a short walk across the street. Check in and check out is easy and staff is very friendly and helpful.

  My parents and I ate at the Sea Glass restaurant four times while staying at the Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn. We were served by Graciela and James. They were consistently attentive, helpful, patient, thoughtful and even kind. Their outstanding service created exceptional dining experiences for us that enhanced our vacation on the Oregon Coast. They distinguish the Sea Glass restaurant from the many dining options in Newport and I highly recommend both of them. Thank you, James and Graciela, for your excellent service and for how you treated us.

  this hotel was amazing and very affordable room rate. The hotel is very updated with many beautiful places to sit and watch the ocean. Each floor has an area where you can drink your coffee with a view. Very nice restaurant and all with a view. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! It also is pet friendly with affordable pet fee. 5 stars ⭐️

  Right when we got there, I had to pee after a long drive. Flushed, and it was plugged. Called the front desk and they sent someone. The guy came quickly, was professional and efficient, even sprayed and cleaned the toilet after. But through our whole stay, Friday through Sunday, the toilet was slow to drain. As we were leaving, we made sure to go pee before hitting the road; the toilet was completely plugged again. The team and hotel are great. The toilet and making the embarrassing call tarnished the experience.
