  The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Gianna at check in was helpful and friendly and a great start to our stay. She helped us find the most comfortable room for our needs and gave us the (free) parking pass and water bottles. There are two floors and no elevator so keep this in mind and only second floor rooms may be available. Our room had only one shared wall which was nice. There is an ice machine and vending machine that are difficult to find and the front desk can direct you to them. The pool looked nice and is outdoor. Our bathroom had 1 conditioner and 2 lotions instead of 1 shampoo. We went down to the front desk and Gianna gave us plenty of extra! The fitted sheet did have a rip in it when we arrived and one of the pillow cases was stained with what looked like someone's makeup. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. We could hear highway noise from our room. I could also hear talking and snoring from the one room we shared a wall with. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. No gluten free options which makes sense but was a little disappointing! Check out was easy.

  Really comfortable mattress. Rooms a little dated. Cold a/c pool looked very nice. Continental breakfast. All the staff seemed happy and helpful. Staff seemed to take pride in there work. Room a little noisy. I still slept good.

  Tried to make a and night reservation(at one in the morning). They made it for the upcoming night and then weeks not stop the reservation when I found out. They then refused to refund the reservation since it was in the wrong day. Awful service.

  The rooms were neat and clean, bed was comfortable, shower was very good, and breakfast had a broad range of items. The staff was really helpful and efficient, especially the ladies in the morning. They were on top of re-stocking coffee, yogurt, or whatever was needed. Great place to stop on our drive north.
