  Friendly service. They upgraded us to a nicer room for free. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows.

  The hotel was nice and breakfast was great, but the service is terrible. They do not answer their phones and they haven’t credited back my damage deposit and even the corporate office can’t get a hold of them. I have never had a hotel where the front office didn’t answer didn’t answer their phones. Not good customer service!!! Corporate office was amazing with all the help they gave me. Beware of your charges!

  I have stayed here multiple nights at a time over a few weeks for work. Staff has always been super helpful and rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is provided and has varying options that have all been good.

  Would not recommend at all unless you are just looking for a place to lay your head. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations and the rooms are just plain worn out and smell incredibly musty. Breakfast is limited with high carb sugary foods, toaster wasn't working, not a single bagel or slice of bread. Had called hotel directly to see if they offered discount for Pacific University families, was told no and later learned they did although denied discount once arrived. positive side linens were crisp and clean and nice selection of pillows. I took the time to answer the hotel survey and got the generic response of ...... Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I truly hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the warm, attentive hospitality we’re known for. So if possible look for other accommodations, certainly not the "Best Western" experience I have experienced in other locations.
