  I’ll start by saying, best breakfast you’re going to get at a hotel by far. Best selection of foods to choose from. Fresh made omelets to your liking. Only place I’ve been with fruit for your waffles. Rooms are a bit small for the price. Seems a bit overpriced for a room during the week. But the view is pleasant if you’re facing the water. Rooms are clean. Tub is good sized which is nice if you like to relax after a long day. Pool has a fantastic view of the bay front. Hot tub is small but sits back in its own little nook which has a nice ambiance. Parking is minimal if you have a trailer, but the staff was helpful and accommodating. Overall great experience and will gladly stay again when we’re in town.

  Pros: Breakfast is way above average - omelet station and dining room has a view of the river and town. Indoor pool also has an incredible view. Cons: no elevators - pool is in second (daylit) basement. our room was on first daylit basement with no view but still opened onto trees but in a separate building from pool. Rooms showing age - many layers of paint, peeling surfaces.

  So glad we stayed here. The building is older but has been tastefully updated and feels very nice. It's a great value. We enjoyed the balcony and river views from our room as well as the pool and dining area. The included ammenities were better than expected, with a heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna plus an exceptional breakfast included with your stay. The staff was kind, they even had fresh baked cookies at check in. We would definitely stay here again.

  For $250 per night I was expecting more. Here are the pros and cons. Cons: -Toilet is very small and short update needed. Toilet paper holder is behind you so the reach is awkward, I ended up putting the toilet paper roll on the side of the tub for easier reach. -Pillows are not supportive, need at least 3 to be comfortable. -TV is cable only can not access Netflix. -Heat but No AC, ceiling fan only. -Dated and could use paint and updated furniture. Pros: -Good breakfast options -Friendly staff -Close to downtown Florence -Some of the rooms have a river view -Slider door to the balcony offers a cool breeze and outdoor space to sit. -Good water pressure in the shower

  Melissa and Adam at the desk was awesome they both helped us get a room and told us about some cool stuff happening in town definitely my go to motel when I visit florence again thanks to all the staff
