Great spot near downtown. Clean, modern, Mexican Restaurant on grounds. Included breakfast with magical pancake robot.
Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Comfortable, quiet.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would....
I went by to the hotel on 5.7.26 to speak to front desk about if they had any job opportunities BUT I wasn't even allowed go speak with the person working at the desk, the moment I walked into the front lobby I had seen an individual and I was told ' I'd like to talk but I am extremely busy' and proceeds to ignore me and my child and speak to a person standing behind a pillar, I wasn't even able to ask if a manager was around.
THEN they had proceeded to CALL MY HUSBAND TO HAVE HIM TELL ME TO NOT COME BACK TO THE HOTEL.
When we moved into Bend we had stayed at this hotel the workers were very kind and sweet.
I never have been treated so BADLY by a hotel....
I will NEVER have my family stay here ever again I will never suggest others stay here either.
I checked into this hotel and after I left, I realize they had double billed me on my credit card for my three nights stay.
After trying to call the manager of the hotel to deal with the matter, I was not getting through, so I decided to go through Best Western and customer service in which they finally contacted the manager and the manager replied. They were holding my money because I had stole something from their gift shop. This is absolutely absurd and appalling accusation towards me. They will not talk to me. They will not explain it. They told customer service they have video evidence in which I would love to see because there’s obviously some sort of mistake. I do not need to steal anything in my life nor have I ever this is a horrible accusation and they will not talk to me to deal with this matter in which I find disgusting in itself and makes me wonder what sort of other behind-the-scenes accusations are going on with other customers.

2/5 Stars – Updated Review: Promises Made, Not Followed Through
I’m currently staying in Room 301 at the Peppertree Hotel, and this is an updated review based on how things have unfolded during my stay. After my initial 2/5 star review, the hotel staff clearly noticed it and reached out. They seemed genuinely concerned about the condition of my room and assured me it would be properly cleaned the next day at 10:00 AM. I appreciated the proactive response and was optimistic heading out for the day in Bend, expecting to return to a noticeably cleaner room.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I returned, the only visible change was that the bedding had been replaced. Everything else remained dirty. The bedside lamps, phone, walls, and high-touch areas were still visibly unclean. The shower, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee table were all still dirty, and even under the glass tabletops had clearly not been addressed. It was disappointing, especially after being led to believe a thorough cleaning would take place.
At this point, it feels like the staff cares more about making you feel like they’re addressing the issue than actually following through. If cleanliness is a top priority for your stay, you may want to consider avoiding the Hotel Peppertree Bend Best Western Premier Collection. As of now, I likely will not be returning, but I will continue to update this review as my experience progresses.
