  This is a newer Best Western, everything was bright and shiny still. A wonderful place to stay if you need to be in Albany

  The first thing that shows how clean a room is, is its carpet, and this one was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The water pressure was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also good, with plenty of vegetarian options, including yogurt, potatoes, waffles, and fruit cups.

  I feel like I got charged way to much money for the crap room that we got. The room smells like dog. The bathroom fan sounds like it's going to get ready to go flying across the room. We found a flee on one of the beds. I don't think pet's should be allowed in hotel rooms or have certain rooms for animals. The remote seems to be on it's last leg. I've stayed in this same hotel maybe 10 years ago and it seemed way nicer than. I'm very bummed about the room I normally stay in Best Westerns and I don't think I ever will again. The chick at the counter was very nice but the condition of the room changed my whole experience. And the feeling of flees crawling all over you all night is nasty

  Right off the bat, as soon as I laid on the bed I had a flea on me. We didn't bring it. Don't have fleas or even a dog to have fleas. The remote control batteries are dying so we are having trouble using it. The fan in the bathroom is freaking loud!!!!! So annoying especially if u want to leave the light on at night. Paid over $300 just for one night and now are worried we'll wake up covered in flea bites!!!!! If they allow pets maybe do something about fleas. God i hope there isn't any ticks from dogs. Yuck

  Staying at this hotel was very convenient for where we were spending the weekend. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job maintaining the area, keeping it clean and well-stocked throughout the morning. However, we did experience a significant issue during our stay. I specifically requested an ADA-compliant room to ensure my 89-year-old mother could safely use the restroom and get in and out of bed. Unfortunately, we were not provided with an ADA-compliant room. While using the restroom, my mother lost her balance because there were no grab bars near the toilet, and the toilet was very low to the floor. As a result, she fell, hit her head, and suffered black eyes and bruised ribs. I would strongly recommend replacing the low-height toilets with comfort-height models and making the process of reserving an ADA-accessible room easier and more reliable. Ensuring that guests who request accessible accommodations actually receive them is essential for their safety and well-being. Aside from this serious concern, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast service was excellent.
