  Front Desk was most helpful including Mandy. She gave me guidance to correct a Capital One travel billing and places for dinner in Albany. Other staff were also most helpful.

  I'm really disappointed in this place. When I checked in the other night I noticed that my sink was clogged up and the TV had no Wi-Fi so I couldn't stream any apps. And the carpet smelled bad. I let the morning person know some young kid but maintenance never came by to fix anything in my room. So last night I had to unclog my own sink by removing the pipes on the bottom and pulling out a big old gobb of hand nastiness so I could brush my teeth. I woke up this morning and my legs were all bit up by fleas. I put a piece of gorilla tape on the carpet and pull it up in. There were six fleas off of one little 8-in piece of tape. Save your money. Don't come to this one. It's not worth it. The people are nice. I'm not going to say they're not. The service is good but the most important part of this whole time sucks. The rooms maintenance release needs to step it up and housekeeping needs to wash those carpets cuz they stink

  Please provide more healthy, gluten free and vegetarian options. Times have changed, moreso in the Northwest. There as almost nothing my sister could eat. All other categories got five stars! Thank you, Christine Buck

  The lady at the front desk is super nice but the rooms are DISGUSTING. We got here on a Friday and switched rooms right away because the first room had pee all over the bathroom walls, a huge sticky spot on the carpet in the middle of the room and reeked of weed. The next room they put us in was better but smelled like stale cigarettes. It had been a long day of driving so we stayed the night in it, got up early and left for the day but when we got back for our second night I sat in the chair and got a piece of chewed up candy stuck to my shorts. Lifted the seat and there were a bunch wierd of stains and more squished candy. The ac looks like it has mold in it, the microwave looks like it’s from 1990 and is filthy, white splatters on the curtains and the worst part-SPIDERS for days. We’ve killed about 10 little spiders on the wall behind the bed. I don’t know where they’re coming from or if there’s a nest somewhere. That’s where I drew the line and finally went to the front desk to ask to cancel my room for the night so we could just go home. We paid $355 for 2 nights which I feel is a lot for a room this gross. The sweet lady at the front desk called and asked her manager what they could do and her manager told her they could only pay us back for half the room. So now were stuck in this spider infested, dirty room and they aren’t doing anything for us. Can’t even switch us rooms to one without bugs because they’re somehow full. I’m beyond annoyed and won’t be staying here again.

  We had an excellent stay at Best Western Plus Prairie Inn. After staying at several hotels during our road trip, this property really stood out for all the right reasons. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and everything worked exactly as expected. The common areas were clean, the property felt safe and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was well organized, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. We were traveling as a family with our dog, and this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stop during our journey. It truly lived up to the Best Western Plus standard. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.
