Came from out of state to visit my children. Door would not open spend most of the time at the lobby getting my key card reset. The door would stay open and would not sit right. Door appeared to have been broken into before. The first time it lady with glasses was great that's why I came back. So I could transfer to another best western i asked if I could do a late checkout so I could transfer to the other hotel and I was told no. That extra 30 minutes would have helped me out tremendously I was already stressed so I Just went outside to wait instead. No compassion no empathy no mercy. Won't be staying at this location again The other Best Western in Broken Arrow was night and day behavior they were excellent over there. Also the lady that does the breakfast is loud and monitors guests very weird and unwelcoming but her children or grandchildren non paying customers appear to be good in that space.

Thr location was close to lots of food and shopping options. The room was poor at best. There were party items left on the floor and I stepped on one of them. The in-room hot tub was wonderful but there was hair all over the edge of the tub and I think some in the jets that came out while I was using it. The additional sprayer nozzles in the shower were wonderful. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The closet only had a single pane mirror and when I attempted to slide it, it apparently wasn't attached to the track. The wand for opening the curtain fell off when I attempted to open the curtain. There were holes in the sheet and one of the towels. The bed was comfortable enough. The hallways were dirty like they hadn't been vacuumed recently. Continental breakfast was moderate. They were out of potatoes by 8:00 and did not replace any even though they added more sausage at that time. There were no biscuits and gravy but they had waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, and yogurt. Thr fitness center did not have any climate control and was very hot and humid as it was right next to the pool. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. I've stayed at other Best Westerns with better quality service Very disappointed that this was a Best Western Plus.

I have never left a hotel so quickly. I live local, and had some hotels.com credits. My wife and I decided to find a spot that had a pool so we could swim and have a small change of scenery. This side of town is nice, and it got decent reviews on the hotels app. The interior is dated, which I can't be too surprised at for the price point. The TV in the lobby area apparently had been damaged, which was a first eye raise but not the end of the world. The front desk employee was alright. Did their job just fine, easy to work with. We get our first room key, it's on the first floor right near the pool. Nice! We walk in and get smacked in the face with cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is smoke free, but I'm not sure how they didn't notice when they turned the room over. We immediately go back to the front and tell the employee. They apologize and swap the key, and we get 209 (legitimately don't remember the first room). We get in there and it seems okay. AC is going and nothing immediately jumps out. We get changed and go down to the pool. There were no towels, which was a bit annoying but oh well. We're in for maybe 20-30 total before my wife can't handle it anymore. Her eyes are on fire from the level of chlorine and she has to get out. I was fine in the pool, but bopped around maybe another 5 before I saw that the hot tub opened up. She was done with the water, but I love a good hot tub so I step in. I was in it maybe 2 minutes before I had to get out. The chlorine levels in the hot tub were high enough that my eyes and throat got irritated. We left and went back up to the room. We stepped in and with our skin and clothes being wet, we were cold. We flipped the HVAC to heat for a moment, and went to the bathroom. We stepped back in the main room area to a very strong smell that I can't quite place. Like you peed a little on a honeycomb and jammed it inside. We got frustrated and checked out. Told the front desk employee about what happened, and they said they'd have maintenance check. We were there maybe an hour. I reached out to hotels to have them deal with it. Whoever runs the account here seems to verbally abuse anyone who leaves a negative review, so hotels can put up with their nonsense. Edit: I'm assuming they didn't treat me poorly because I called it out, but I'm calling BS on them taking my feedback and improving since the TV alone has been broken for months based on other reviews. You're not going to suddenly invest in your property and treat people well. Don't come here.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Best Western Plus Woodland Hills Hotel & Suites. My family of five arrived at approximately 2:15 AM on [June 16th]. Despite our arrival falling within the expected timeframe and having been previously assured by your staff member, Austin, that the hotel is open 24/7, I was shocked to find that our suite booking had already been marked as a "no-show." The front desk representative, Vicky, provided a printout confirming this status. Given that I had coordinated the details previously with Austin, it would have been helpful to receive a phone call before the reservation was canceled. Furthermore, I was concerned by the lack of professional service during our check-in. When I noted that the booking price had dropped significantly shortly after I made the reservation, Vicky offered no response. Additionally, I inquired about a previously approved late checkout of 11:30 AM, which Vicky denied was in the system. When I requested that she leave a note for the next shift to verify this arrangement with Austin, she appeared dismissive of the request. Overall, I found the service provided by Vicky to be cold and unprofessional. This frustration was compounded by the fact that our room key cards did not work initially, requiring an additional trip to the front desk for resolution. This experience was a sharp contrast to the excellent service I received at another Best Western Plus location just the night before. I trust you will look into these service issues to ensure a better experience for future guests, and I look forward to your response regarding these matters.

This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. I was using points and my credit card so I had to use the 1800 to get my reservation completed. Called hotel directly and talked to Mary about my reservation and she stated since I was using my points there would be $150 charge for incidentals but would be refunded in nothing wrong. When I got to hotel they asked for my card and stated the same thing, as long as nothing is broken you will not be charged. Neither time was I told I would have to re-register and put up another $150 deposit for the next night. The hallways and rooms had a smokey smell, we took pictures of the tub stopper just laying in the tub, the dirty microwave, the window being open, which we couldn't get it closed and the broken closet door. We went back down to have this stuff documented so that we would not be charged. He said they were really booked but offered me another room on the 1st floor, I went and looked at that room, it was a shower only and it smelled worse than my first room. They came up and screwed the stopper back in, slammed the window shut and tighten the screws for the closet door. I asked why housekeeping didn't mention any of this and he said that just come in with their AirPods in and just clean and get out. Later that night could not get the shower to work, husband went down to from desk and was told that they maintenance guy just left but he would give him a call, could take and hour before he comes back if at all. I waited over an hour and went back to from desk, he said he would call and see, he said he needed to follow me up to my room to look at the shower, I said okay. While we were walking to the elevator we run into the guy who came and fixed the stuff the first time. He said you just need to pull down hard. Keep in mind we didn't want to be charged for anything. The next morning husband went down for breakfast, he said it was fair. We left the hotel and got a call from Tori stating we needed to put up another deposit and register again. I said I was not aware of this and she proceeded to say we were told that last night, I told her we were not. I said you have my card on file can you just charge it, she said no she could not and it was already after 11:00 so how did she want to handle this. I told her I was 30-45 minutes away and I would head back. In the meantime on my way back to hotel she goes ahead and charges my the card for the nights stay. When I got back to hotel Tori said that her manager told her to go ahead and charge my card but however since I had been complaining so much about everything she decided to kick us out and we had 15 minutes to get our stuff out, or the police would be called. While sitting in my car finding another hotel, a gentlemen who had stayed there came to us and stated I can't believe she was so unprofessional to you guys but she had already had 3 different people yelling at her. I also asked for a receipt and Tori stated they don't have a receipt to give me. The next day the hotel made a 1 cent charge to my card, so we went back over there and asked what it was for, was told since I used my points and somebody had to eat the cost. I tried to explain to her again I was not complaining I was just bringing stuff that was wrong with the room to their attention.
