    This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. You can hear full blown conversations of people in the hallways and other rooms. Showers, toilets, TVs, people moving luggage, road/parking lot noise, elevator, etc. The walls are thin as can be. The rooms are a bit dingy, stains on furniture, and carpet appears to have not been vacuumed. The A/C is good, the water pressure is nothing to write home about. If someone is smoking in the parking lot outside your room, you can smell it in your room. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a low tier stay. Soggy scrambled eggs, dry biscuits, salty gravy, waffle maker, yogurt machine, a few stale cereals, and sticky soggy pastries wrapped in cling wrap. Staff is not keen on assisting when guests are in the parking lot making noise that can be heard clearly from 2 floors up. Elevator is okay, but they do not have inspection or notice about inspection being on file posted, as Oklahoma Administrative Code requires by law. Overall, a disappointing stay, would not choose or recommend this hotel moving forwards.

    This is my first negative review I’ve ever made. We tried to get a last minute reservation over the phone and gave them all of our info. They ended up not having a room available but recommended one of their other locations which worked perfectly! I noticed this morning that I had been charged for this location and the one we stayed at. When I tried to call and explain the situation I was told we had no reservation there so they couldn’t see if I was charged or not. Which is fine I know things happen but I was told to call my bank which I said I would and I asked for the woman’s name so I could have a reference for my bank that’s when the person I was on the phone with repeatedly told me to call the bank without giving her name, finally she did after I was firm with my reasoning “Loraine” I hope you know I didn’t appreciate the attitude towards my situation I was charged 200$ for a hotel that has no information/reservation of me yet my card was charged? I ended up talking to corporate and Ariel was far more respectful & helpful. If customer service is the majority of your job do better.

    Our stay was great other than the fact that this place seems to have absolutely no insulation between rooms. I could literally hear someone clipping their nails through the bathroom wall. The doors to rooms need to have slow closure hinges added as well because they literally SLAM shut unless you very carefully close them, this kept startling us awake through out the night and early morning. If you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend.

    The so-called manager was rude and unaccommodating. Had a change of attendees and they refused the updates so I called in the update and was told they updated by the manager herself. When we get there, they would not allow us to check in and refused to cancel and refund my money. Do NOT go to this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. She also refused to give us her boss’s information so instead we will call corporate and file a complaint against the lady.

    The room wasn’t bad but there are homeless people all over around the hotel. The staff was unfriendly and wouldn’t answer the phone when we called for assistance. We tried calling back but still no answer. Went to the front desk and the girl was playing on her phone!! Both the body wash and conditioner were empty. We reported it but they were left unfilled. When we asked the front desk girl about it she said she couldn’t do anything about it. The TV didn’t work either. The bed was HARD. I would find a different place to stay if i were you. There are better places that are safer and don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them by being a guest.
