    There was no tv remote I had to go down stairs to get one, n tv still didn't work, I was told nothing can be done until morning, after about 5 minutes they gave me another room, because I said give me a refund,or another room, plus no coffee in room n no wash cloths, there was towel

    Our check person was on a personal call on speaker phone the entire time she checked me in and my friend to checked in almost an hour before us said she was doing the same thing. My son got locked in his room because the dead bolt has to be moved just right or you can't unlock it. Their maintenance man who doubles as the cook told my son "that's just the way it is." Thankfully we had ajoining rooms so we could let him out our door. There were no working outlets. The ice machine is broken. The OJ tasted like mold. I can't imagine how long it's been since they cleaned the machine for it to taste like that. The food tasted awful. It may be a bit cheaper hotel, but I'd advise paying a little more and just skipping this place altogether.

    The person who checked us in must hate life. My husband was speaking to me and she rudely made a comment and he very politely told her that he was speaking with me. After she explained the rules about pool made it a point to state that if they were broken we would be kicked out. Room itself was great. It was clean and the air was already on. It smelled fresh. Won't stay here again just because of the service.

    I booked this room online, butI did not stay. Susan, at the desk, was unbelievably rude, wanted to charge me $25 a day plus $150 damage deposit for my dog. She refused to give me anything in writing about the deposit, screamed at me, then canceled my entire stay when I balked. In response to the hotel's answer: I was verbally attacked by Susan then had my reservation canceled. I did not refuse to comply, my card was charged. I read dozens of reviews of this hotel that had the same experience with Susan at your front desk. It isn't allof us. It's you.

    No sorry there was no misunderstanding we paid for our small weenie dog to be w us there also support pets and trained thru the state of.oklahoma to keep me safe when I start going in to medical emergency and my husband and I were in the middle of a family emergency and needed to stay a night shouldnt have had to pay for the dogs to stay but we did and when we went to get the deposit back she takes the money out of the register and counts it then looks at my husband and said no you don't get it back cause u did pay for the other dog there registered by the state i have there numbers so that was your standard way if hsndeling things especially after I walked the entire ground and picked up all the trash around front and back because I'm a kind hearted person I suppose that's the difference between me and that horrible lady if you want a real employee that will handle all situations like your customers aren't being judged the minute they hit your door way and treat customers like there family with a warm greeting at that door you just let me know because I'll do that for you because it's what i do naturally and people like that dont need to be in the hospitality business at all.a
