  This place was nice. Updated rooms, had plenty of outlets, newer TV's, was clean and the beds were comfy. However with the newer TV's, the HDMI port is on the right side of the TV and the cords weren't long enough to be able to turn the TV. The room we started with the remote didn't work on top of that. Only power, volume, and mute worked and nothing else. Called the front desk and they moved us to another room but that room someone had busted the HDMI cable due to what I previously mentioned. After a new cable was brought to the new room, the TV worked great. When we woke up in the new room, same issue with the remote but now in our current room. Breakfast was standard La Quinta but not quite as good. The lady was really nice and friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, water was REALLY hot, but with the issues it was a little much to deal with after driving 10 hours.

  Octavia is the best and has a great personality. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and less hectic!!

  Clean and nice rooms. Very comfortable beds and easy pleasant check in. Good place to stop for a night.

  Had a reservation for this hotel for this evening. My husband and I are on the road to Elk City and this hotel calls to cancel my reservation this morning because they are "overbooked". Some excuse about a tournament in the area. I made this reservation 3 months ago. I called BW customer service and they agreed that this is unacceptable and they should NOT have done this. I was able to get another reservation at a Wyndham hotel in the area, but what if I was unable to get a room? Absolutely shameful that you did this to a customer. Terrible business, terrible management! EDIT: You’re blaming this on a third party overbooking??? I made my reservation THREE MONTHS AGO! You left two senior citizens without a room on the day of our arrival. You chose to accept a higher rate and you cancelled our reservation. SHAMEFUL! We will never book a room at your lousy hotel EVER again.
