This was covered by my insurance so I didn’t have to pay for it. However, as far as the service goes, it was amazing. There was an issue with calibration and they came back the next day to fix that issue. The tech was very kind and super Communicative. I felt bad he was stuck standing in the heat though. I had just had a baby still having the them come to me was definitely what I needed. Even the people on the phone were super kind and very professional.

Literally the worst customer service ever! I travel for work and set an appointment up for a time that I knew I could work out of my office and ensure the job could get done. Schedule appointment was 8am-12pm. At 1230pm I had not received an update of any kind. When calling they stated their tech called off and I would need to reschedule or I could bring it to the shop and they could get the 2 chips fixed. When asking questions Gary was very disrespectful and would not answer my questions and would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. He the. Placed me on hold middle of conversation. We will be taking out business elsewhere!
Was helped by a wonderful employee named salem, he returned back into the shop and was able to grab my keys from inside the office. They were not in the after hours key box. His help made the rest of the day go a lot smoother. Windshield looks great too

5 guys and a lady standing around doing nothing… said theyre computer system crashed so i wasted an hour and a half driving for the little lady to say she cant fix it without making it worse…. i asked id they certified because what do u mean u dont know what ur doing?
The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable.
