  Bedbug warning! We stayed here in May. First floor room. Found two bed bugs crawling across my pillow while laying in the bed. We left 2 hours after checking in. They would not let us check out or give us a receipt stating we left early and didn't stay overnight. The manager denied that there were bed bugs and refused to refund money and points used to reserve the room. It was a horrible experience and we ended up driving 2.5 hrs home late at night. I had bed bug bites on my arm after returning home. I do NOT recommend this place!

  Rooms are nice and clean. Shower had great water pressure. Pool and hot tub area is nice but my only little complaint is that you can not have a water bottle of any kind in the pool area not even plastic

  Previous guest smoked in the room so it's smelled like cigarette smoke. The location is awesome and there's some good restaurants right next door you can walk to. Had the best sleep that I've had in months

  Terrible customer service. There was one guy who (1) was asleep at the desk at 6am, (2) started breakfast nearly 20 minutes behind schedule, and (3) did not want to give me a receipt. I am glad I asked for a hard copy because I did not receive it electronically. My room was not the cleanest. There were stains on my linens. Location is great but that’s about it. Would NOT book here again.

  The front desk receptionist was kind and price was decent but not for the lack of sleep. The doors slam and echo loudly. The toilets are loud. The a/c was inconsistent and the room was oddly humid. The pillows were horrible, bed wasn’t the worst but not the best. The elevator gears and bathroom door squeaks when you’re trying to close it quietly. If I had energy/time I would be asking for a refund. I’ll sandwich all that negativity in with the last positive notes ; location was decent and breakfast was ok. First floor 116. Bonus negative note, the door to the room also had a bit of a notch where it was sticking so even trying to close it quietly was a task.
