  Excellent location, so close to tons of stuff. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was stocked and good food. Room was super clean, very good sized. Would def stay again.

  I booked a stay through a third party. Around 7am the morning of checkout I asked if I could add on another night. They said yes it would be the same rate and asked if I wanted to charge it to the same card. They said they charged the room for the night and a water bottle I got and I was good to go. At 3:30 I returned to my room key not working. After asking about it at the front desk they insisted my checkout was today. There are several cameras at the desk that caught my conversation this morning. He insisted that they were sold out and that because I had booked with a third party that reservation was over as if I didn’t understand the very clear conversation I had with the attendant earlier. It was a mistake on their side. If I was not able to add a night because it was booked on another site that would have been fine but I was told the night was added and I was good to go. I WAS ALONE WITH MY 8mo BABY. They said I had to leave and offered no resolution or compensation. Thankfully I was able to find somewhere else to stay but that mistake could have put me in a very dangerous situation.

  This location was very convenient for us. The amenities are nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything BW!
