  For $200 for one night (early check in and pet fee), I was not impressed. Our room was quite dirty. Dead bugs along the baseboards, very dusty, the blankets had hairs all over that did not belong to us lol. The dog ran over with a dirty sock he found in the room, which also did not belong to us. Upon further inspection, the crunchy pair to that sock was found under the bed. Ended up calling the front desk. The employee was nice and understanding, offered to show me another room to see if we would be more satisfied with that. We ended up accepting a new room and moved our stuff. That one seemed a little better and we were exhausted from traveling all day. I continued to feel uneasy and had a gut feeling it wasn’t right. I started really looking at the room and it was just as dirty 😩. I also saw signs of BED BUGS on the mattress and mattress protector. The employee did not seem surprised to hear this…… We asked for a refund and checked out. Thankfully we hadn’t even unpacked. I did not get pictures of the mattress stains because I was so grossed out and needed to get out of there.

  We had 4 rooms total for our group 1 of which had live bed bugs 1 shower did not work and toilet didn't flush the entire stay the pther 2 rooms where not what we asked to book they gave away our jacuzi rooms which was the highlight of our trip and we where unable to get another room due to being fully booked so we where told so one of our groups had to drive back home that evening and miss the last 2 days of the local event we where all there for when I tried to talk to the manager he blamed me and did nothing besides be condescending rude ! He refused to take accountability for the bad experience and proceeded to blame us for the inconveniences

  The front desk people were so very kind and the maintenance guy is so funny that you will forget the existing problems you have in your life and his son works desk also very kind people. Very good and curious people

  Shiv the GM was amazing, went above & beyond, Nia the on 1st shift was also great with a pleasant attitude, Sonny on first shift is dedicated to providing excellent service, Michael on 2nd shift was spectacular & made me feel at home, night shift Jay was also very accommodating with a great and attentive attitude

  Fantastic stay!!!! My guy Mike really took care of me, I’m a truck driver(car hauler) and Mike gave thorough instructions so I wouldn’t scratch a vehicle. He was super nice and the room was clean and there were several restaurants within walking distance, this won’t be my last stay!
