  Stayed 1 night for an early flight. Great choice for a family with 2 young kids. They loved the pool, there were kids books in the lobby and free snacks available. We had an early flight and there was a private and punctual free airport shuttle. The staff was super helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. it was perfect for our needs!

  This was our 3rd hotel during our stay in the area. I am from Ohio so I know the area well. Have stayed in the Middleburg area in the past but this trip the hotels were horrible. Finally checked into the Best Western in Brookpark and thankfully my trip home was saved, especially with the nice welcome note from housekeeping in the room. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit home.

  This hotel is on the cheaper side for a reason. It’s nothing fancy and has issues like a mildew smell that’s noticeable when you walk in (but get used to after a bit). Staff are friendly, allow early check in sometimes, and the airport shuttle is quite efficient and beneficial. One big issue I had here was the cleanliness. I found a clump of hair in a shower towel in my room. It was too long and not the right color to be mine, which suggests cleaning issues. Even if you include the mildew smell as “you get what you pay for”, the cleaning levels cause concern. Also, the doors and walls are fairly thin, you can’t hear much from other rooms but can hear everything in the hallway. Not fun or conducive if a light sleeper. Any of these experiences may vary, but you get what you pay for. The service is friendly but unfortunately not as thorough.

  Angelina was the person at the front desk who took a couple of calls from me to verify that I could get picked up from the airport and got me the shuttle for the next morning as well. Elaine the shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful for getting everywhere I needed to go timely. Rooms were also comfortable! Great location too. Also, lady at breakfast gave me some breakfast past time of when breakfast was finished (15 minutes after). Excellent experience!

  When trying to contact the hotel about our reservation, the person picked up the phone then immediately hung up. When trying to call them back, they would not pick up the phone. I tried calling back a few minutes later, and the front desk still would not pick up the phone. Great example of a company not really wanting business. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel due to very poor service.
