  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I previously worked for Best Western on the West Coast as an Assistant General Manager, and I know firsthand what exceptional hospitality looks like. Angelina absolutely delivered. From the moment we checked in, Angelina’s professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine dedication were astounding. She went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, making us feel welcomed and valued from the start. We’re only on our first night, but our stay has already been fantastic. My girlfriend especially loves how quiet and peaceful the hotel is. The atmosphere has been so calm that she was able to get her work done without any interruptions, which meant a lot to us. I also want to recognize the housekeeping team. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and it’s obvious they take great pride in maintaining the property. Every area we’ve seen has been spotless and well cared for. Thank you, Angelina, for providing outstanding service, and thank you to the housekeeping staff for all your hard work. You’ve made an amazing first impression, and we’re looking forward to the rest of our stay. Thanks, girl! Keep doing what you do—you truly make a difference. MJ Norwood

  This may be a 2 or 3 star hotel, but they deliver a 5 star performance. It's an older, but recently refurbished property that over-delivered on amenities and customer service. I chose it because they offer a 24-hour shuttle (who knew you can't rent a car at Cleveland Airport after 11pm?). But now I would choose it again because it because I was so unexpectedly pleased with my stay. The room offered coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, etc. Breakfast was beyond expectations.....great variety, fresh, tasty. But the real "secret sauce" that makes this hotel so good is Angelina. When I called one afternoon prior to making a reservation, it was Angelina who took my call and was incredibly helpful. When I arrive at CLE airport after midnight and called for a shuttle, it was Angelina who took the call and clearly explained where to meet the driver, Eileen (who was there within 10 minutes). When I arrived at the lobby, it was Angelina who checked my in and gave me thorough explanation of where everything in the hotel, and my room, was located. At 8:30 the next morning, it was Angelina running the breakfast room, preparing the food, cleaning tables and service area, etc. I'm not sure how she manages to do it all, with such warmth and friendliness, but I hope management/ownership knows that she is irreplacable.

  This was advertised as a 3 star hotel, but the hotel was rated at 2. Really noisy fan in the bathroom. The window was fogged out the whole time. The desk light was broken. The TV was impossible to figure out, so I never got to use it when I tried to check out no one came to the desk. I took four tries to get a receipt online. Breakfast was pretty slim pickkins. I can't recommend this hotel.

  Pleasantly surprised! We usually stay at another chain and were hesitant to stay at BW. Some highlights were: Vinyl floors instead of gross carpet, well lit parking lot, friendly staff and good breakfast choices with well maintained eating area. I specialy liked the choices of hot foods, yogurt machine with great topping options, fresh fruit and raisin bread as one of many toast choices. Coffee machine meant a fresh cup everytime. We will keep BW in mind next time we make resarvations, if all properties are this well managed.

  We were a big group (16 rooms) and spent one night in this hotel. From the first call of reservation till check out, Angelina and her staff did their above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The hotel was clean. The room are clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The check in process was very smooth for the whole group and the rooms were ready before the check in timing as she accommodated us when she was told that we needed to leave before 4 PM to go to our event. The breakfast was really good and fulfilling. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you Angelina so much for everything you have done to make our group's stay memorable and fun.
