  Fair priced. The room was nice! Small bedroom, tiny bathroom, large sink area outside of bathroom with a closet, living room and kitchenette?? Wasn't expecting that! Each space was small granted, but it had features! Some unsanitary practice. My free toiletries had BLOOD on them. Just a little, but on all of them and enough to be grossed out. Feels like a good sign they probably don't change these out. Decided to buy my own soap and shower products... Makes you wonder how much they actually clean. One of the throw pillows in the small living room area had what looked like dried snot on it... promptly threw that to the side. You notice the pillows on the bed are a bit wrinkly... and you can't help but wonder... but I got over it... I only stayed for the weekend. It served its purpose. Pretty comfy bed too. I hate having anyone else in my room when I'm not around so I had the do not disturb sign up the whole trip and I think they respected that so that's good. The person I checked in with was alright. The person I checked out with basically just took my key and said I was good to go...WAIT what's your room number?? Wasnt confident he knew what he was doing. I better not get charged another night... Across the street is a mall. Down the street there's a Grater's. Not a bad location... Parking lot small, but I could always find parking. Never had the breakfast so I can't speak on it. Don't usually love hotel breakfast so I didn't think I missed much. I slept in most days or had plans in the mornings so it's whatever. Eating area looked really small. I did see a waffle maker... so do with that what you will. I'm docking this mostly by the unsanitary practice. The whole novelty of sleeping in a room that was previously used by hundreds of other people... is the illusion that it wasn't used. Booger pillow and blood soaps did not help put me in my happy place...

  Great hotel and location is awesome the Kenwood mall has everything you need from shopping to restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There’s a cute private pool behind hotel. Breakfast was great - huge hot and cold variety, fresh fruit. Very hot water in the shower and clean newly renovated room. Will come back every time visiting Cincinnati.

  I arrived around 22:00hrs and left just before 05:00hrs — the front‑desk staff on both night and day shifts were amiable and handled my requests professionally. They matched the third‑party online rate on arrival, helped me back my 35‑foot vehicle out of a tight spot twice, they also quickly corrected a mistakenly assigned used/untidy room. The shower ran hot with good pressure and the bed earns a solid 3/5. Thanks to the team for accommodating everything.
