We had a really good stay here, especially for the price! The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and couch. For the price we paid, we felt like we got a good value. The breakfast was actually pretty decent too!
We always travel with a UV light to check the room for bugs and cleanliness, and these were some of the cleanest beds we have ever seen in a hotel! The linens were clean and spotless, which made us feel comfortable during our stay.
There were just a few things that could be improved:
• The TV is extremely outdated. Luckily, we brought a PC with us so we could watch Netflix, but having newer TVs with streaming capabilities would definitely make the stay even better.
• The AC didn’t work very well. We had it set to 60° the entire time, but the room still stayed on the warmer side. The AC didn’t seem to be blowing properly which was a huge downside.
• The curtains aren’t very blackout. The outside lights made the room look like it was daytime all night, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. Better blackout curtains would make a huge difference. (See dark picture)
We would consider staying here again!

I had a very good experience both with the staff and the room. Wish I would ask for the name of the front desk person, she went out of her way to assist with a reservation issue. The room was very clean too.

Just stayed here for 3 nights. The newly remodeled room with a kitchen was awesome. Everything looked clean and nice. The bed was comfy and honestly this is probably the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel. The bathroom was older but the shower had great pressure and temp. I asked the front desk employee to add an extra night the day of with no problem. The location was also great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would def stay again in the king suite.

Nightmare in Cincinnati! Elevator broken. Full kitchen had nothing except stove, microwave and toaster. Guests need to search through a closet to get plates and cooking supplies and then wash them in a tiny sink. Hotel does not accommodate dietary needs.(Gluten Free and dairy free). Very expensive for what you get. Drawers do not open in kitchen.
My stay at this property revealed a level of negligence entirely incompatible with any standard of professional hospitality. Upon opening the sheets, I discovered multiple hairs embedded within the bedding, clearly indicating that the linens had not been sanitized properly. This represents a serious lapse in basic hygiene protocols.
The condition of the bathroom was even more concerning. It was immediately evident that housekeeping had not cleaned the restroom at all. A used soap bar remained in the shower, and there were hairs on the toilet seat, the sink, and the counter, unmistakably confirming the complete absence of sanitation. These are not minor oversights; they are direct indicators of a systemic failure in cleanliness and quality control.
Additionally, the room was stocked with only hand towels, with no bath towels provided whatsoever. This omission is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer lodging and demonstrates a disregard for even the most basic guest needs.
Collectively, these conditions reflect a profound breakdown in operational standards. The lack of cleanliness, preparation, and attention to guest welfare is unacceptable and raises legitimate concerns regarding the overall safety and management of this property. Immediate corrective action is not simply recommended — it is required.
