  Was not real happy my wake up call un needed was a gas powered blower. But other than that was just a clean room and thats most important we go there to 😴 sleep

  ⭐ 1 Star This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After taking a shower, I became trapped inside the bathroom when the door handle and locking mechanism failed. The handle would spin, but the door would not open. I spent nearly 30 minutes trapped inside, yelling for help and banging on the walls. No one came to assist me. I suffer from anxiety in confined spaces, and being unable to get out caused me to panic. Eventually, I noticed a hinge pin sticking up and, using a disposable razor, managed to remove the hinge pins and take the bathroom door off its hinges to escape. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk and requested a refund so I could leave. Instead of being treated with concern after a serious safety issue, I felt as though I was not believed. The general manager insisted on inspecting the room before issuing a refund, which only added to my frustration after what I had just experienced. What makes this especially upsetting is that when the general manager finally came to inspect the room himself, he discovered that the bathroom door was in fact malfunctioning exactly as I had reported. He refunded my stay, but never apologized for the situation or for making me feel like I was being dishonest. A guest should never become trapped in a hotel bathroom because of a maintenance failure, and they certainly shouldn’t feel dismissed when reporting it. While I received a refund, the way this incident was handled left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend staying here.

  If you have a do not disturb sign and your at work they will still come in your room don't think they don't. Also with as big as the place is they will manage to put people right next to you even tho there's 100 plus other rooms all in all a quieter place oh and some 1 stole the do not disturb sign off of my door the first night here...I requested a new 1 and she delivered it personally....
