My original appointment was for a satellite service, however due to weather and my lack of garage… they were unable to complete the scheduled repair. The driver I communicated with was super friendly and apologetic to the situation, which I very much appreciated. He directed me to a link where I was easily able to update my appointment online to come into the shop instead. All of the staff was kind and professional. They made sure I clearly understood the repair process, provided contingencies should things not go smoothly, and explained warranty information. The repair itself probably only took 20 minutes max and they had me on my way. I really appreciated their care and professional from the driver, to the receptionist, to the repair technician. Thank you guys!!
They replaced my windshield and realigned the sensors on their floor. It took less than half the time they estimated. Everything worked seamlessly with my car insurance company.
This location was fast, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

I'd have given 5 stars as the installer was friendly and I'm happy with the windshield replacement. The thing that really set me off was that my rearview mirror wasn't installed properly, so it vibrated constantly! Now I got an appointment on Friday for a Monday install, but they claimed it was going to be 8 days to get back out and fix the mirror! So, against my better judgment, I went out and removed the mirror at serious risk of breaking my brand-new windshield and figured out it wasn't reinstalled correctly. These guys are quick to replace glass, but they'll get to fixing their mistakes when they get to it.
I have an appointment scheduled for 1:00, and I got there early as soon as I got there a technician came out and took my company Jeep straight back into the shop. I was in and out in two hours. The staff were very friendly, and a very professional. They come highly recommended.

WS replacement on 5/1. Heard air seeping through windshield when I hit the highway 5/2 but, they were closed. Today, 5/4, I’m told it’ll be 5/11, before they can get me back in for warranty work (by CS Rep that wasn’t even onsite 🙄) who told me “you’ll be ok, it’s not like it will shatter or collapse, THE NERVE!) Not to mention they broke my rearview mirror cover! Geeeez. Now I have Michelle on the phone (an onsite employee) who IS being ATTENTIVE and taking care of my concerns and got me in tomorrow for “an inspection” of their work but if they have to order a new windshield it could be a week or so…Michelle earned them their 2 stars.
