  More a motel than a hotel.

  The room was clean and comfortable, and the location of the motel was in a very nice, clean and quiet suburb, near many businesses, including a nearby grocery store. The free breakfast had limited options, but we loved the fresh New York bagels and coffee machine.

  I would not stay again. It all would have been fine except that the bed only had think sheets, no actual blankets. We were brushed off by staff for the first two days with no responses and lame excuses of why they couldn't provide us with a blanket. By the third night when our request was ignored, we went to the lobby and the only thing they were able to provide was a couple more sheets. This was totally unacceptable.

  i had a great experience at best western in woodbury! heather at the front desk was so sweet and made it easy to extend our stay when we needed to. the room was very clean, we had everything we needed and the area is amazing. super safe and so many good places to eat/lots of supermarkets. would 100% stay here again.

  No hot breakfast, but pastires were good. no water fountains to fill water bottles. Coffee was so so. Rooms were clean but small. Our room door kept loosing programming had to keep going to the front desk. Looked like it had been kicked in or something. They should replace the door. There a lot of light and cold air coming thru the Crack. Served it purpose.
