  Very comfortable beds, knowledgeable staff, full breakfast in the mornings (tho' check on exact times of closure !) Within walking distance of Dinosaur Barbecue & other restaurants, and easy access to 2 bridges for commuting to the other side of the river.

  Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong odor reminiscent of a dirty, wet dog, and the overall air quality felt poor and stale. The stairwells smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, making common areas unpleasant as well. The beds were old, worn out, and extremely springy, providing little comfort for a good night's sleep. Parking was also an issue, with very limited spaces available for guests, which added unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, customer service was disappointing. Staff were not particularly helpful or attentive when concerns were raised. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and level of service fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

  Clean, modern and comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Seemed very clean. Delicious grab n go breakfast that included seriously good pancakes and perfectly made scrambled eggs. I would absolutely stay here again.

  This was truly an unacceptable experience. The room smelled like BO. Breakfast was poor with out-of-stock oatmeal and scrambled eggs for over 10 minutes but did have sad lukewarm sausage. The "orange juice" was a sweet Tank like liquid thing. Several dogs in the breakfast area, one off leash and one guest even took his dog up in his arms and right into the food prep area allowing his pet to sniff the open sausage container-GROSS. Suggested to front desk that they have a sign saying dogs on leash and NO DOGS in the food prep area. Another guest in an adjacent room left their dog barking loudly in the room while they went to dinner. I reported this to the front desk but apparently the owners were not contacted as this went on for almost an hour. And we know what dogs do when they are left along and stressed. Suggested designated rooms for guest with pets as my wife is allergic to pet dander. I tried to speak with the hotel manager several times as a courtesy before posting this review, but they were never on site for the two days we stayed here. BTW, I hardly ever complain but this was truly the worst hotel experience I have had in a long, long time. The BBQ restaurant across the street is excellent.
