  The worst of all Best Western I ever stayed. Washrooms are dirty, stuff is untreated. One morning they were out of forks, so we must eat our breakfast (eggs and bacon) with spoons- that’s was front desk advice, they were also out of milk. Hotels like this shouldn’t carry Best Western name.

  Convenient location right next to the airport with a shuttle pickup from the terminal. The continental breakfast was decent, and the attendant was very nice! The place seems a little run down and the room wasn’t fully clean. There was some sticky stuff on the nightstand. The room was much bigger than expected, with one half being an extra living room + tv area.

  Hotel is run down, breakfast is dirt cheap powdered eggs and I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and they were going to make me sit in the lobby for an hour unless I paid them $25 to check in early. I don't understand how you don't have a room unless someone pays you extra and then you magically have a room 🤔 🙄

  First I traveled over 925 miles the day before to get to NY i didn't want to take a five am flight this morning because I was scared I would miss it. So I booked a hotel.with free breakfast and shuttle and for a small fee (online) early check in as early as 10am when available. I arrived at the 8:45. I explained to the desk Manager Ashok my situation. He was so polite, patient and as accommodating as he could be. While he couldn't see my early check in on their system, I was able to show him where I had already been charged for it. He asked his staff to work on a room for me. I still had to wait until 10am because they were packed the night before, and he does breakfast and shuttle. But literally at 9:58 he told me my room was ready. While the outside makes you question whwre yoi are staying, it has a fully covered area so you don't get wet getting in and out of the shuttle. The inside was clean, fresh and inviting. The room was better than most. While it is likely a older hotel, the painting was fresh. There wasn't like rust that you typically see the shower looked clean. The beds were a little rumpled but comfortable. If I return to this part of NY I will definitely stay here again.

  After a long ,exhausting flight, Beat Western The Inn is the ideal place to have rest. My room was very spacious, including more than enough soap, towels, and space. The staff is very friendly and supportive, which international travelers, in particular, those who are coming from Europe, need. The breakfast is included and very delicious. Check-in and check-out are easy and fast, as well as payments. Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Parking is available and the airport is around the corner. Overall, I enjoyed this experience.
