  The technician arrived on time and explained everything he would do to fix my passenger-side window. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. He was pleasant, professional, and the window works great. If I remember correctly, his name was Mike. Highly recommend!

  I stopped by the local Safelight with a cracked windshield and they said to contact my insurance first. Did that and had call back that set up the appt. I thought it was going to take a few hours but it barely took even a hour.
