  Nice hotel. But the owner is is very rude. He verbally abuses his employees. They can't do nothing right in the owners eyes. Some of the employees would go above and beyond and still they would get verbally abused. It's very disrespectful. They should be ashamed.

  The hotel is clear, ample parking. Staff is friendly. Entrance is OK. Couple of things that could be improved; - even for 1hr late checkout, they were asking for 50$, or full day's rent for 2 hr late checkout. Can hang around in lobby if you wanna stay a bit late. - Business area is not that useful. Next to common area so no noise barrier. Can work there but can be a bit noisy.

  We stayed here for the Turf Wars baseball tournament weekend and had an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the breakfast bar provided everything our boys needed before their early morning games. A special thank you to Bridget, the night clerk, who made our stay extra memorable. She shared all the local favorites, pointed us to the best coffee spots in town, and was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to chat. Our team often gathered in the lobby in the evenings, and Bridget helped create a fun, comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The boys also had a fantastic time enjoying the pool between games. The hotel’s location was perfect, and the hospitality was exactly what traveling baseball families hope for when they’re away from home. Thank you, Bridget, Oswego, and Gerry at Turf Wars for the incredible welcome and kindness you showed us Canadians. We truly felt appreciated and can’t wait to come back! ⚾🇨🇦❤️

  Very nice hotel. Staff is awesome. Great when visiting SUNY Oswego.
