Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong size earring, so I had to arrange an exchange and their support team was absolutely excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Shivani Singh, from client services, for her patience, kindness, and dedication throughout the entire process. She made everything incredibly easy and stress-free.

I had a wonderful experience with Ms Singh. She made my experience a breeze. I am a returning customer and somehow just realized that when ordering jewelry they come as 19 gauge, which there’s nothing wrong with that, but for my helix I want 16 gauge. I reached out to customer service and she helped me understand about the sizing and length, and created an invoice for me in a flash. Note: I do realize you can order a separate backing in 16 gauge, but I didn’t want to order another one and pay more when I can just have it initially come as 16 gauge. I am very happy with my order and my experience.

I had a great associate who helped me pick out the right piercing. However, the piercer was unsettlingly short and wasn’t mindful of the pain of changing my piercing, to the point it felt a bit rude and made me uncomfortable. I went on a recommendation but likely wouldn’t go back or recommend others to this place.
