  Excellent customer service today from your phone representative. I thought a return had been lost by the carrier, but the rep did some research and found the actual FedEx number was from the return label and not the RMA. The return was signed for just an hour or two ago, and my refund will be processed today. She did extra research on her own to find the correct tracking number and I’m so grateful.

  For piercing ask for Dave Black. He’s really good. They have nice stud earrings but overpriced.

  I’ve never had the chance to visit the Maria Tash store in New York, but I live in France and have placed several orders through the website. I wanted to leave a review to highlight the online customer service team, who provide outstanding support and are extremely professional. My package was held up in customs for a few days, and the Maria Tash team was incredibly responsive in finding a solution. Thanks to their help, I was able to receive my package very quickly. A huge thank you to the whole team, and see you soon for another order! :)

  Highly remember Niki Masiello! I couldn’t be more happier with Niki the piercer at Nordstrom‘s flagship store in Manhattan. About a year ago I went in for one Maria Tash earring and thanks to Niki‘s wonderful eye and expert placement suggestions it turned into many, many more. Niki is warm, friendly professional, and makes every piercing experience, comfortable and easy. I barely felt my first one. She has completely earned my trust and she is the only person that I’ll let pierce my ears. Nordstrom is lucky to have her. Highly recommend!

  Stopped into Maria Tash NYC with friends over the weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the company, their high quality jewelry, and all the options for adding some glimmer to your style. Damon was so helpful and pointed me in the right direction for what I wanted, and showed me all of the earring options for after my piercings healed. Damon's personal style is superb so I knew I was in good hands. We waited just a bit for Ashley to be available for the piercings. Ashley explained what was going to happen, she talked me through the reasons for specific placements of piercings, and is a really kind and calm human. Her steady voice guided the few minutes it took to do the piercings, and a few pinches later I had two new diamond studs. I'm already thinking about adding an additional diamond stud to my collection. Will be back for sure.
