  Tried to order satinSUBTROPICAL REFILL LI-STICK from BYREDO. Paid for it. Out of stock. Main store is a mess. Hoping this store will have it or get it for me. Am disgusted that such a FANCY establishment is no good. Did not give me link to ‘notify me.’ When in. Did not say OOS when I ordered. Took my money though. Don’t buy from BYREDO! Maybe this Soho store is good. Hope they can help me. Original Byredo is terrible!!

  Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. During Black Friday I bought a perfume that I wanted to return the next day that was unopened. They refused to let me do a return when I called in and mentioned that this location does not allow refunds. Very disappointed as this was my first Byredo purchase

  Amazing selection, incredible staff in an iconic location. This is the flagship store for Byredo - their first and biggest store. I definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area!
