  Beautiful store with absolutely amazing staff. I felt really connected with the gorgeous manager Luna, who helped me pick out my new signature scent. Very engaging, thoughtful and wafm. Such a pleasant experience & so I will definitely be returning. Discovered that Byredo sell handbags!

  Tried to order satinSUBTROPICAL REFILL LI-STICK from BYREDO. Paid for it. Out of stock. Main store is a mess. Hoping this store will have it or get it for me. Am disgusted that such a FANCY establishment is no good. Did not give me link to ‘notify me.’ When in. Did not say OOS when I ordered. Took my money though. Don’t buy from BYREDO! Maybe this Soho store is good. Hope they can help me. Original Byredo is terrible!!
