I had a great experience living at this hotel. The front desk staff, particularly Mr Patel is incredibly nice and helpful. He was very nice to accommodate my room request for an Empire State Building view room. The room was very nice and clean and a decent size for an NYC hotel.
The hotel has a mini gym in the basement. They also have a couple vending machines.
The location is great and for the price you pay, it's def worth it.
There is a $5 per bag fee if you want to keep your bags after checkout or before check-in at the hotel while you roam around the city.

Good :
- location
- size of the room
- friendly staff
Bad :
- walls are paper-thin. Noises from next door might bother you.
- discotheque across the street. Noisy on weekends till late.
- breakfast included package is not worth the price.
Nice location, great staff, comfy beds and rooms. Just DON’T STAY IN THE SECOND- or third-floor rooms facing the street. Especifically room 201.
There’s a huge speaker right under the windows outside, with music blasting all day — the same 6 or 7 songs on repeat, nonstop. Inside the room, it honestly feels like there’s a party happening right outside.
We complained, and the guy said, “Oh yeah, I know,” and said he would turn it off. We also mentioned that, for future guests, it would be reasonable to just not use it because it’s really disruptive. But then at 8 a.m. the next day, it was back on again.
Like… for real? I’m usually not one to complain, but the videos speak for themselves.
My family stayed here May 10-12. We had 14 people (5 rooms). Customer service was great. The front desk was so helpful from check-in to check-out. From directions, to suggestions. They let us use their back room so we could all hang out together. A few us had ordered pizza and also ate in the back room, we could not do that in the rooms as they were too small. However, the rooms were clean and large enough for sleeping. Bathrooms were clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. Location of hotel was good. Walking distance to times square and subway. Nice irish resturant across the street. Clean, nice neighborhood. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I was fine with the amount of noise in the evening. We had a room facing street. It wasn't a super busy street but there was traffic. I had no idea what kind of hotel I was going to get when I got there. But, it was a very good hotel for the price. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Mr. Patel and Mina were especially welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything my mom and I needed. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire team and would definitely stay here again!
