  I WAS EXTREMELY DESAPOINTED NO MICROWAVE NO ALARM IN THE ROOM IT WAS ESTREMELY HEAT WAVE AND THE INDOOR POOL WAS ETREMELLY HEATED THE REMOTE FOR TV WAS NOT WORKING MY HUSBAND WENT TO ASK A QUESTION THE GUY CAME UP COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM NO MOVIE IN THE TV NOT GREAT I WOULD NOT GO BACK IT WAS IN RENOVATION NO ALAVATOR WE HAVE TO GO.UP THE STAIR WHAT PEOPLE DO WITH KIDS AND BABY

  Great place to break down! My motorcycle broke down and I was able to pull right off the highway and into their parking lot. I spent 4 hours cleaning the carbs and diagnosing an intermittent spark issue and nobody bothered me or told me to get lost! 10/10 would break down here again.

  Iv been to a lot of Best Western hotels & this is the worse one to be honest… I don’t really make much review's but I figured I would with this.. I felt like I was back living homeless/struggling here & it sucked! If I knew was going to be like this I would have gotten my kids & I a different place— The shower was disgusting I didn’t even have my kids go in it. Also there was only one big towel which is concerning cause this is a two bedroom with 4 people. The bed sheets/blankets felt disgusting like they were damp & hasn’t been washed. If you got toddlers that need their iPad sometimes this isn’t the place for you cause the WiFi doesn’t work I mean it won’t even let you connect.. so unless you wanna use your hot spot for them in area where there is terrible service! Had to drive out of here just to get connection for my GPS on where to drive… the breakfast buffet goes to 10am! Which is cool. But the eggs are very fake & the sausage seemed like they were microwaved. That’s all you’re getting for hot food besides the waffle maker. Also I forgot to mention they gave me original room to someone.. this guy was about to get off on free room smh! This really sucks! When you never been to Lake George area & want to feel that vacation feeling & you just feel like you are camping in middle woods smh.

  The hotel is in a great location, that’s pretty much it. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were spider webs and dead bugs in every corner you could see. The floor had clearly not been moped because there was something sticky on the side of one of the beds. There is black mold all over the bathroom and the window sills. The beds are creaky and hard, and sheets are stained and pilled. The outdoor pool was cloudy and needed some cleaning.

  Was not a bad place to stay for one night a little on the higher price, but it was OK. Breakfast was flying out of the place. I got here. They told me they were sold out. I called and made the reservation that I was able to get a room, but otherwise they were not bad place at all. Definitely not best western that you’d be expecting like the best Western plus, but it was still a decent place to rest your head.
