I was disappointed with my stay overall. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which wasn’t ideal, especially when carrying luggage.
What stood out the most was the cleanliness. The stairwells were dirty from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The same dried mud and debris remained there the entire time, which made it obvious they weren’t being cleaned regularly. There were also bugs inside one of the room’s light fixtures, which didn’t inspire much confidence in the overall upkeep.
Breakfast was another letdown. Items frequently ran out and weren’t replenished in a timely manner. On multiple occasions, guests had to ask staff to refill basic breakfast items instead of them being proactively restocked.
To top it off, the final price I was charged didn’t match the amount I was originally quoted, which left a bad impression.
Overall, I expected a cleaner, better-maintained hotel with more attentive service. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet those expectations.

For the occasion of my wedding, I booked and paid for a king size bed for my 35 year old disabled veteran son who has Parkinson's & is very tall & needed the extra space to get comfortable. When my son & his pregnant wife arrived from Boston, they were told there were no king rooms left and I have the receipt that they were given a queen. They were not comfortable and did not sleep well. When I called, the female gen mgr told me because I booked thru booking.com and they collected the money, I'd have to initiate a refund request with them but that she would approve it when they called her. No one answers the people from booking.com when they tried to call this hotel. Called Best Western corporate and they called the local BW, and the GM said they wouldn't refund even the price difference in rooms because rooms are not guaranteed when booked thru 3rd party (which I did not know) and that they gave my son & DIL a roll away bed for no charge. Confirmed with my DIL that was an outright lie. I want my $210 refunded as this place does not have good business ethic.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for many years and have consistently had positive experiences, largely due to Robert. He was always kind, professional, and made guests feel genuinely welcome.
However, since the new manager took over, the level of customer service has noticeably declined. On several occasions, the manager’s behavior has come across as unprofessional and discourteous. I have personally witnessed her speaking rudely to front desk employees, including during the training of a new staff member, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
As a long-time customer, it is disappointing to see such a change in the overall environment and standard of service. I would also like to note that the housekeeping staff continue to perform their duties exceptionally well and maintain a high level of cleanliness. Given the current management issues, it is surprising that they have remained despite the challenges.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the level of professionalism and hospitality that previously defined the guest experience at this hotel.

I forgot a expensive diamond ring in the hotel i called them they told me that they found it and its ready at the front desk and i can pick it up i traveled a few hours to pick it up and the lady at the front desk told me she has no clue about it and i will need to talk to the manager when i asked her for the managers contact she didn't provide it to me she just told me that she will call me when she has a update that's ridiculous

We went and stayed here about 2 years ago and the stay was great, we went yesterday and stayed for the night.
The room was dirty, the sheets had little holes in them, the tub was dirty. The Ac barely worked. The toilet wouldnt flush. We paid for the spa double bed room through booking. And got the double bed room instead. The whole experience was not good. Paid all the extra money for a small dirty room where we could not bath our children.
