  I called on Wednesday looking to get my windshield repaired the got me in pretty quickly with an appointment on Saturday. Was called early morning Saturday asked if I would like to come in earlier due to some openings appreciated the opportunity and decided to take the earlier time. I worked with Alex and he was super helpful and explaining me through the entire process. It was great customer service and I really appreciate it him helping me out. I would definitely come back here for any class repairs or replacement that I need.

  I will give 2 stars. Because they were fast and friendly. However, the tech gouged my paint and the seal is so uneven that the top edge of my windshield now allows water to pool which would obviously be an issue in WNY winters. I have already reached out to Safelite and another location will be helping me moving forward as I don’t want the same tech doing the same exact thing twice.

  The windshield replacement process could not have been any smoother. There was consistent and relevant communication leading up to the appointment for the most part, though the pre-visit video was over the top. Nonetheless, the replacement proceeded as scheduled and was done in less time than anticipated. The technician fully explained what was done and what I needed to know over the ensuing 24 hours. It was a painless and efficient experience.
