  I was very disappointed with my stay at this Best Western in Brooklyn. The hotel did not meet my expectations in several ways. The room was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival, and the overall condition of the property seemed poorly maintained. The staff was not particularly helpful when concerns were raised, which made the experience even more frustrating. The noise level was also a problem, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience and higher standards of customer service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others visiting Brooklyn. It is not spam, its 100% true. None of the USB outlets is working in the room, and the shower floor was very dirty.

  Terrible experience. The room was filthy when I arrived. There were stains and dirt on the pillows, the soap was already half-used, and the floor had visible dirt and dust everywhere. What shocked me the most was the trash that had been shoved underneath the bed instead of being cleaned up. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before my stay. The bed sheets smelled absolutely awful, like they had not been washed in a very long time. The smell was so bad that it made sleeping uncomfortable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Modern, clean, hotel located where we needed to be. MUCH pricier than I expected with LOUD & CONSTANT street noise. If noise sensitive, you're going to need your ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones to allow for a good night's sleep. There's a bodega 1 block from the hotel that has fantastic bagels, deli salads & sandwiches, toiletries & beverages, all reasonably priced. Also, there's a bus stop at the front entrance should you need public transportation.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus Brooklyn Bay Hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view of the bay. The staff was professional and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Definitely my go-to place in Brooklyn from now on!
