  Price is little high for the hotel honestly. And mattress needs to be changed very uncomfortable to sleep. I had 2 change the room because of the mattress but the second room that i got had same problem.

  I am so disappointed with my stay here. I was in room 108, the hallway where my room was located was hot and humid, no AC and no airflow. The room appeared okay. However, the next morning, I found a huge roach in the bathroom. There was an infant staying in the room so these conditions are unacceptable. We reported it to the front desk and showed them a photo. We asked for some form of compensation given that the room was $400, however, they claimed that these allegations were not true and when they inspected the room after, they did not find anything although we have time stamped proof. We requested a call from the manager and never received a call. The customer service is horrible. Front desk staff who claimed her name was Evelyn needs to take a class on professionalism. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Once who find one roach, you know there’s more.

  Location isn’t bad. Food nearby. Close to dock. However, found a big roach in the room. Terrible customer service from front desk staff and management. Denied allegations of bugs despite photos. Accused me of blackmail and harassment because their facility has bugs and I wanted to escalate.
