  Cozy hotel but definitely a little out of date. Sad that it is getting replaced soon if I return to reno before then I will definitely stay again. Very friendly staff. Great prices.

  Nice place, but a little far for walking to down town Reno. No casino. Great for an overnighter.

  We are here as evacuees from the hawk fire with our dogs. We only planned for one night but we have had to book a few times for more nights. They have been more than helpful and accommodating. Erin at the front desk helped me with a booking issue and took care of it right away and was awesome. The housekeeping staff is also very attentive and helpful. The room is dog stinky but it’s a pet room so I’m not suprised. Beds are comfy the courtyard is nice. I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about but I’m having a great experience and so thankful to be here during our crisis. Thank you to all the staff for keeping this place running!

  Front desk staff could care less about your problems with the room. In addition the room had a funky smell and was less than clean. On a positive note the bed was pretty comfortable but not worth the fact that the tv didn't work for 2 days (blamed it on Dish) or the lack of customer service from the front desk staff.

  Easy in and out to the airport, free shuttle, and save a buck on parking by leaving your car there and just shuttling over to fly out. But, the rooms are dated and dingy, I found food crumbs on the floor, carpets are stained and coming up, room smelled like stale smoke & had noisy plumbing. The bed was decently comfortable and we just needed a quick stay, so it was enough.
