  ADA violation (75,000 to 150,000 federal fine by the way) by the staff member working the evening of 7/2/26. Told her I have a medical service dog and two cats on a cross country military driven move. Just wanted a place to stay and she said sorry we can only accommodate 2 pets. We only have 2 pets. I tried to be nice and let her know that federal law counts our service dog as a medical device. She proceeded to become extremely rude. Asked to speak with her manager because who knows maybe shew new and doesn't know that law, which she replied she was unable to get a hold of her manager and it was just her. Then without saying goodbye she hung up on me and refused to answer subsequent phone calls. Contacted customer care. They confirmed that is indeed the law and that the policy should accommodate our 3 animals. Eventually was able to get a hold of her to let her know the company policy was what's it was and nicely asked her to hook a room. I was nice and patient. She then said she magically spoke to her manager and the manager also agrees that the ADA laws can be broken and denied my service animal. Anyways. I filed a formal complaint with best western, will notify the police to get records and take further action because this is unacceptable. Do not book here in sure there other really terrible things that they just refuse to do even if it's a law. I'm sure they break laws all the time since their employee and manager are unaware of a really important one that comes up in a hospitality business. So disappointing. I was looking forward to a nice stay because another hotel recommended them. Will notify that hotel that they most definitely should stop recommending clients with cats to this location.

  We got in super late and I was so tired from our long drive, I didn't get his name at the front desk but the blonde gentleman that was working 6/14 at 2am ish was so kind and amazing. He made check in really easy and was so accommodating.

  Really liked this place because it’s pet-friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a pet. They provide treats for your dog, a doggy bag, and even a pee pad, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re bringing your furry friend along.
