  Clean rooms. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. All for a decent price. The location is okay, not the greatest. But I recommend if you're on a budget. And you're just staying for a couple of nights.

  Wonderful place in the brazen heat. Hailey helped me get a room out in Vegas, wonderful girl, excellent customer service, I cannot stress enough how rude other hotels were to me and she was an absolute gem, thank you to Hailey for a wonderful experience here!!! If she’s in, then you’ll have a great stay guaranteed.

  The staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside was the room. We were unable to control the temp and the room was stuffy. The bathroom floor had broken tiles and was a safety hazard. The shower faucet was really lose and the tub wasn't very clean. The breakfast area was messy and the juice machine was missing labels for the type of juices that were available.

  Arrived at 4:30 to find no one at the desk, had to pick up the phone and call for the staff person. Was not given the room I booked and paid for, which was a king suite with separate bedroom- had 4 adults staying. I was told the reservation didn’t look that way “on their side”, even though I had a confirmation specifying a suite with separate bedroom. Booked through BW direct. Was advised I would not be moved to a suite with separate bedroom because then another customer would be upset! Excuse me? Rule 101 of customer service, deal with the customer in front of you and make it right! I was told a lot of “sorry there’s nothing I can do, the system won’t let me”. Pullout sofa bed had no blanket, top sheet with stains and several shredded holes, and no pillows. Phone didn’t work to call front desk for housekeeping. Only 2 bath towels even though I made the reservation for 4 people. The front desk person was the only staff person there and she had to bring up requested items and leave the desk once again. No fan in the bathroom, so 4 showers later the whole room was steamed up and hot. Air conditioner was loud and cycled all night, blowing directly on the person sleeping nearest the window. Breakfast was a sad affair, yogurt from a dispenser, garbage breads, fake eggs, no real half and half for coffee. Extremely disappointing overall, do not recommend this hotel. The only pluses were nice area in Henderson, close to restaurants and the airport. This hotel is run cheaply, understaffed, undersupplied and they lie and switch your reservation to scam you.
