  Lost 3 pieces of clothing. I left in closet hanging and my fault, I forgot them. But to be told that no one turned in my clothes, unacceptable. I have left things unnoticed, but was always notified. I called the front desk, had them ask every maid service person, nope nothing was found, nothing turned in. Will not stay at place that has suspect employees, because what else are they going to take!!?? Actually other items like non working coffee pot, drapes pulled off one end hanging, just shabby pride in details, simple ones. No thank you, wont return, many others to choose from.

  I want to leave this lovely place 4 stars. The service at the front office and their breakfast staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was clean. The pool was clean. Although there was a broken speaker that blasted static every few seconds. The problem was that the air conditioner regularly screeched and the fire alarm flashed a bright white light a few times an hour. I still think I got plenty of value and would probably go back.

  Hotel ist leider total veraltet und braucht dringend eine Totalsanierung. Reinigung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, auf dem Boden sieht man noch Fussabdrücke der Vormieter, die eine Bettdecke hatte mehrere dunkle Flecken und, unter der Bettdecke lag ein fetter schwarzer Haarbüschel! No-go!!! Die Klimaanlage 50cm vom Bett entfernt ist extrem laut und bläst direkt aufs Bett. Wären wir nicht so müde gewesen von der langen fahrt, wir wären sofort nach Vegas gefahren und hätten dort ein Hotel gebucht. Positiv: man ist in 15min am Hooverdam und Boulder City hat charme.

  Well placed, comfortable hotel. Used as a stop over for onward and again our homeward journey to avoid driving through Las Vegas! Room adequate, beds comfortable, fridge, coffee making both in rooms and in reception. Air con, although quite noisy, was appreciated in the high temperatures. Swimming pool and hot tub in a seperate building. Breakfast room on 2nd floor, outside access only. Restaurant on premises although we didnt use it. My one serious gripe, the room floors are really dirty. Walked from bathroom, having dried, to other side of room, about 15ft, my feet were filthy. I had to rewash and use shoes, not at all satisfactory. The floors need washing regularly. Imagine having a young child playing on the floor. Come on Best Western, you can do better.

  Great for sightseeing the dam and the town with so much history right there..also easy to get to the Grand canyon.
