  I travel often and stay at many hotels, and seldom have I encountered someone in hospitality as off-putting, rude, and downright aggressive as Michelle, who was working at approximately 8:00 p.m. on August 20. I understand it can be difficult to find good staff in a small town, but based on my experience, this person should not be working in hospitality. Her attitude was completely at odds with the level of professionalism and basic courtesy a guest should expect.

  The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and very satisfying, and the dining area was clean and comfortable as well. If you're traveling to Tucson—about nine hours away—this is an excellent place to stop and spend the night. We would be very happy to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

  Located next to dispensary. The room was cleanish. I found a small pill on the floor. Glad my kids didn't find it. I liked that there was a breakfast menu available the night before, in the lobby. Huge ice machine. Free WiFi. Pool open till 11pm. Laundry: Very disappointed. $2/wash. $1.50/dry. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers. Only fill 1/2 way. The water will only go up about 1/2 the machine. I started 2 full loads. Waste of $4. Had to go get more quarters from front desk. Told him I was disappointed bc that should be posted. It says "don't over fill" not "machine only does 1/2 loads". He says, "that's why I don't do laundry when I am out of town." Seriously? When you travel with kids sometimes that is the only options. There are plenty of better responses. The dryer on the right required additional time. Breakfast: Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, Yogurt, Fruit, Oatmeal, Muffins, Cereal, Breads, hard boiled eggs and juice. Oddly they had each slice of bread in a zip lock bag.

  The nice thing about the room was it didn't have carpet, but unfortunately it still had a weird smell which I think is from using pet cleaning supplies instead of just regular cleaning supplies. Those pet cleaners leave an odor that the manufacturer thinks hides the smell of animals but instead it smells like a bad perfume. We stayed in another BW and the room had carpet even and it didn't smell like pet cleaners. We opened the patio door to air out awhile but overall the room was ok for the price, location, and convenience & nice breakfast area.

  Hospitality here is a joke. Front Desk agent was condescending about a lobby bathroom. No thanks take your tesla to charge elsewhere. Recommend only patroning the gas stations across the way, they seem to be to only people with basic manners or hospitality. FYI, seemed to think I was mexican even though I am a different flavor of not Caucasian.
