  Every time we visit Ruidoso, NM, this is our go to choice. We love that it’s secluded and away from the center of town. Surrounded by pine trees and away from the main roads, this secluded location is the perfect spot to relax.

  This hotel always exceeds our expectations. Great service clean rooms. Desk staff went above and beyond to help us with a surprise for a wedding couple by putting items in their room before they checked in. Can’t say enough about your staff. Thank you.

  We had a great tomorrow breakfast with really good. Adriana, Erica and I didn't catch her name of the 10am front desk but we're very friendly. All staff was nice and the view from the room was just beautiful 😍. 10 out of 10 highly recommend 👌

  This is the first hotel that I've ever tried to stay at that would not let me stay because I live too close to the hotel.

  After over the fifth times staying here we definitely have learned our lesson, Obviously hotel staff is extremely rude and uncooperative, Half the equipment is actually working But it’s as to be expected with the quality of this place, Will definitely be letting people know of the bad quality of this place and would rather stay in a camper from now on
