  We recently moved to New Mexico and were frankly disappointed with the quality of local auto repair shops. We called about a dozen places just to check the availability for replacing the windshield on our Toyota Corolla. Most of them said they would call us back and completely forgot about us, while others didn't even answer the phone. Then we found a absolute gem! Safelite AutoGlass immediately calculated the service cost right on their website, with no hidden fees or pushy upsells like you get with other places. It was incredible! They replaced the windshield in just 30 minutes. I was genuinely blown away! These guys are real lifesavers—I’ll now only go to them, even if I have to drive a hundred miles!

  First time working with Safelite (Las Cruces) and the experience was excellent. James has more than 20 years experience and it showed. He pointed out rust build up due to botched previous windshield replacements, and treated the rust before continuing. He also suggested replacing my wiper cowel as it was pretty brittle after 20+ years of the New Mexican sun.

  Had a couple of long cracks that were messing with the front collision camera, so they were unable to change out the windshield until… We got a dealer verification that the camera was in working order and they were able to replace the windshield and calibrate the camera. Appreciate the extra step to make sure the camera was in good order before we created a bigger problem.

  I had a rock hit my windshield and leave a crack on it. Safelite came and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. They are very professional and polite people. The technician was very helpful and and was able to answer my questions. I would recommend Safelite to all my friends and family.
