Couple miles off the freeway but worth the value. Rooms are spacious and clean except carpet was in poor condition. Good presentation on the complimentary breakfast. Appreciate the on site staff who were polite and attentive. Biggest complaint: terrible parking lot, full of potholes and cramped. Can’t easily roll a suitcase to your room. Definitely needs to be improved and maintained.
Employees at breakfast were super friendly, the beds were comfy. Very quiet area. Our cable didn't work for a couple nights we called the front desk to let them know and they said it was too late nothing they could do tonight but would send someone in the AM to fix it. But for the inconvenience we'd get 10% off our room. No one ever came the next day. Then when we went to check out they said there was no notes about it not working and nothing about 10% off so there was nothing they could do. Was pretty frustrating. The breakfast is the same thing everything morning (biscuits and gravy) which yes are good, but when staying there more than a couple nights gets boring.

This is an updated 'old style ' motel. The man working at the desk was very nice- and check in was so easy. The room I had was large, very clean, and very comfortable- everything in the room looked really clean. It was very quiet at night. There's a space in the middle of the property which has grass, trees, and picnic tables. There even a free full, hot breakfast. It's a wonderful place to stay- I'm definitely going to go there again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Save your money, go somewhere friendly.
First of all the rooms are just OK. Absolutely ZERO amenities here. I was there for a month for work. They only cleaned my room twice. And they made me fight tooth and nail for that. The front desk not only was extremely rude, when I asked to see proof of why they said we couldn't get housekeeping, because it was a straight up lie, our contract said no such thing. he got very angry and aggressive. I asked to speak to a manager. Instead he called his boss. Wouldn't let me talk to him. He twisted the story and got hostile with me and threatened to call the cops on me. Which did get me very upset. But I gladly told him to please call the cops. All of this because I asked for cleaning service. (I will note they did this rude, denying thing to my entire work crew that was staying there. It wasn't just me. )
The pool was out of order the whole time. No gym facilities. No phone in the room to call the front desk or anywhere if you had an issue. No way to adjust the head of the shower. The tub didn't drain very good, leaving rings. No real coffee maker. And the crappy one they had you couldn't get them to give you more paper pods for. Plus they have the coffee maker in the bathroom. GROSS. I would never use that.
No elevator, for those that might need it.
I returned to my room one night and it reeked of pot. When I notified the front desk. They accused me of being the one causing it. And told me if it wasn't me I could go buy air freshener. WOW.
Luckily whoever was causing it was gone in about 3 days. I believe it was coming thru the ac unit. But I did have to sleep with all the windows open and buy air freshener.
The owner, who happened to be the "boss" the rude front desk guy called finally approved cleaning of the room. After a fight. Then blamed the manager, fired her. Then went straight back to denying cleaning.
The second I was allowed to leave this hotel, I DID. I paid out of pocket a few bucks more to stay at the best western inn Anthony which was Really nice with a friendly front desk, amazing pool, fitness room. I would recommend going there instead.
The feedback from the hotel will try to say this is misleading and incorrect review. But the facts of my stay are in fact the truth. And many people in my company that had to stay here faced the same problems I did. There are many witnesses to this hotels faults.
This best western in Las Cruces is DEFINITELY NOT up to Best Western standards. I've been to sure stays that are way above this one.
Don't stay here.
This Best Western Inn really stands out with its unique charm. The hotel’s decor has a lovely vintage vibe that gives it a warm, inviting atmosphere. Damian assisted us during check-in and kindly upgraded our room to a Queen suite. He also welcomed us with a thoughtful gift of bottled water and chips.
The hot breakfast was excellent, offering eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and plenty of other options. Tracy made us feel right at home with her hospitality. When we checked out, the friendly staff even offered us more water for the road.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to Walmart and I-10. We’ll definitely be back in the near future.
