  Had a windshield replaced on 8/3/26, in Farmington, NM. They tore about 4-5 inches of the rubber weatherstripping off where the windshield meets the cowling/hood. Then they said nothing about it, apparently hoping I wouldn't notice. Well, I noticed, immediately. Their store manager admitted that their pre-work photos show the weatherstripping was there, but said the damage was unavoidable and they are not responsible for fixing the damage they did. I disagree and have contacted my insurance company to let them know. I had heard horror stories about Safelite and hoped they weren't true, but apparently at least some of them are.

  They were very helpful and professional about the line of work they put in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions and concerns I had and she was very understanding about concerns I had and they were very communicative about how far along my vehicle was close to being done. Would personally recommend them.
