Damaged my vehicle during service. Store manager refused to speak to me about it. After months of contacting customer service repeatedly and them telling me over and over that the manager "called me and left a voicemail" never once did he speak with me, call me or try to reach out in any way and refused any culpability about my damage. Gigantic disgusting ego and my last time using safelite. 👎
