  This is the worst service ever. I had a cracked Volvo windshield and scheduled replacement thru my insurance. They showed up, had the wrong glass, and told me they had to order the correct one. (This is AFTER I gave them the VIN to confirm- they said it was the right one, but they didn't really check it.) And that's where it ends. I never heard back from them. I called my insurance company every week for updates. Insurance called, they emailed. I called, I emailed. For 3 full months. I must have called over 24 times trying to get an update. I finally lied my way thru Safelite's AI system (it hangs up on you for every selection other than scheduling a new appt) to get a customer service rep. She Teams messaged them. She called them. No one ever answers. She was able to find a mgr in the parts dept check to see if my windshield was still there, he said no, no windshield. She screenshotted the record that it was ordered in May. It was received in June. And no one ever called me. Its now August. The mgr saw the screenshot and then never responded. They don't just suck. They REALLY suck.

  At 8:15 a safelite van drove by our house. He had driven off by the time I opened the garage door. Could not speak to a human, but managed to reschedule for the same day, noon to 5pm. Even though I got a text saying the tech was due between 1:30-2:30, the tech never showed, and no follow up communication either.

  The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the actual windshield installation went fine, but I mean how hard can it actually be. My issue was that the person doing the installation decided it was too much trouble to just leave the microphone wire that ran along the edge of the windshield and was clipped to my rearview mirror or at the very least, just fall out of place, still connected and intact when removing the damaged windshield. No, he needed to render my microphone completely useless by cutting it and on top of that, just fail to mention anything about it, probably so I wouldn’t notice until I’d left, which is what happened. It was arguably unnecessary and unprofessional to do in the first place, but undeniably so to choose to not mention it to me. I’ll never go back to this place, but if you enjoy your property destroyed by all means use their services. You’ll likely be very satisfied.

  Damaged my vehicle during service. Store manager refused to speak to me about it. After months of contacting customer service repeatedly and them telling me over and over that the manager "called me and left a voicemail" never once did he speak with me, call me or try to reach out in any way and refused any culpability about my damage. Gigantic disgusting ego and my last time using safelite. 👎
