  We went through a lot of hotels to find the right one for our wedding block, and Best Western was the clear winner. We got married 7/17/2026, the weekend of the FIFA final, and several hotels in the area wouldn't even give us block prices a year in advance because of this. The Best Western was 15mins away from our venue, so not the closest, but we are so glad we chose them. The hotel is beautiful and high-end in looks and service (you would never know you were right off 46). They offer a fixed rate room block, shuttle transportation, and free breakfast catered by Calandra's next door. As long as you book at least 15 rooms, the transportation shuttle is included for free, and the newlyweds get a comped suite, a bottle of wine, and chocolate strawberries. The hotel staff is responsive and always let us know our block total immediately when we emailed, and they made sure to iron out the details of the transportation to and from the hotel well in advance of the wedding day. We also prepared out welcome bags, and they did a fantastic job taking these and distributing to guests. We had an afterparty at the hotel bar, which is open until 2pm. The bar is open to the public (you can't reserve it), but there was plenty of space and not much traffic in there other than our own wedding guests, and this was a Friday night. The room was super clean, and the bed in the suite was big and fluffy. We slept wonderfully. Breakfast was standard fare, nothing too fancy, but everything tasted good and fresh, so we were happy. Highly recommend this hotel for your wedding guests and stay! Thanks so much!

  Was assigned a voucher for the Wyndham and ended up at this dumpy hotel bc Wyndham was oversold. There is nothing executive about this place. Heater broken and awful smell.

  Nice hotel on the inside, rather ordinary from the outside. Nice room with a frig and freezer (pretty rare!). Lots of parking. Good Italian restaurant on the premises. Actual small-sized amenities (also rare nowadays). Ample snack shop. Complimentary continental breakfast in the restaurant.

  Our 1st Annual NJCCA Friendsgiving Dinner in 2025, proudly sponsored by Calandra's, will always hold a special place in my heart, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better venue than the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn. As a first-time event organizer, I had no idea what to expect, but Maria Garcia, Director of Sales, made me feel confident from our very first meeting. She walked me through every step of the planning process, answered every question, offered guidance whenever I needed it, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She wasn't just doing her job—she genuinely cared about the success of our event, and that meant the world to me. When event day arrived, everything was flawless. The room was beautifully set up with plenty of space for our vendors, networking, and a wonderful sit-down dinner. Maria and her team worked seamlessly with all of our event partners, including my florist, Stella of Stellar View Events, and Paul Lebo of Eye to Eye Events, who created a beautiful custom photo backdrop for our guests. Seeing everyone work together so effortlessly made the entire planning process stress-free and allowed our vision to come to life exactly as we imagined. If a question came up or something needed attention, it was handled immediately. Their professionalism, organization, and communication were exceptional, making the entire evening feel effortless. The food was absolutely incredible. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the meal, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely wanted our guests to have a wonderful experience. They also provided everything we needed to make the event run smoothly, including a microphone, Bluetooth audio for our music, beautiful event space, and plenty of convenient parking. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing me to focus on welcoming our guests and enjoying such an important milestone for the New Jersey Content Creators Association. Because of that wonderful experience, I also chose Calandra's for my daughter's baptism celebration. Once again, everything was absolutely beautiful and flawlessly executed from start to finish. That speaks volumes about the consistency and care this team provides. Looking back now, I realize just how important that first Friendsgiving Dinner was. It became the foundation of what NJCCA has grown into today, and I'll always be grateful that it started at Calandra's with a team that believed in me before I had ever hosted a large event. Thank you, Maria, and thank you to the entire Calandra's and Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn staff for believing in my vision, supporting a brand-new organization, and helping create an unforgettable first event. Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication will always be a part of the NJCCA story. If you're looking for a venue for a wedding, baptism, bridal or baby shower, corporate event, fundraiser, networking event, holiday party, or any special celebration, I cannot recommend Calandra's at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn highly enough.
