My partner and I walked into our room. Room number 152. First off, the carpet was sticky. We weren't even there 2 minutes before I saw a live roach crawling around the fridge. I smooshed it and took the bug in a napkin to the front desk. She jerked back. Said we couldn't switch rooms until morning when the manager got there. Next day, we realize why the fridge wasn't quite cold. We had changed the temp from warm to cold. The moment we did that 3... got that..? 3 roaches come out of the fridge!!! I've got video and pictures. So we went to the front. They finally switched rooms. We were moved to 119. Im assuming where the transients live. They were very nosey. For a 2 nights stay it was not worth my health nor mental health. The breakfast was generic. Only thing decent was the coffee and juice. The toaster didn't even work properly. It only toasted one side. So anyway, they REFUSED to give us a refund. Instead, they offer 20% off another night. Im sorry but my PTSD will never allow me to go back. I thought my ptsd was bad enough without having to deal with this place. Never again. Zero stars!!! Disgusting!!! I've contacted the BBB!!!!

First thing was they didn't have our reservation. Gave them the confirmation and they were finally able to find it. The first room they gave us was not even cleaned (it was 3:30 pm). The next room they gave us smelled like mildew or cigarette smoke. We put the ac on 68 and left for a couple of hours. The bed was comfortable (hence the 2 stars). The clincher was the "breakfast" the next morning. Whatever was there when we first looked at the breakfast area the day of check-in, was all that was there the next morning at 7:30. No fruit except for 1 apple, the bread bin was half full. They had tiny bite size muffins and that was only 1/3 full. The cereals were as sugar coated as you can imagine. We had to ask for hot cups for tea. The manager found a couple and said he didn't think he had any more in his supply room. Probably the worse experience we've had staying at a motel. Find someplace else.

I reserved a room on priceline.com and then immediately called the hotel to ask, if there's any way that I could do an early check in, as I had a wedding in town at 1 p m and i would be coming from six hours away. I Stated I would like to take a shower and change , which the gentleman said that shouldn't be a problem at all, There may be a small charge, but wouldn't be a problem. Upon arriving there at noon(the following Saturday) i was told by the front desk woman that that it wasn't possible to do an early check in. when I told her I had made arrangements with the front desk on tuesday, She deadpan told me that " well, that was tuesday last night We were fully booked. So there's no rooms available until three p m." I explained my situation and she did absolutely nothing to try to help me out. I contacted one of the other people going to the wedding ran to their room changed and went to the venue. Afterwards came back, tried to check-in, waited 10 minutes for the front desk Gentleman. who was outside playing with a drone. (I'm guessing, based on the control module He brought in with him). I Explained to him I was very upset with what happened during this afternoon. Which the gentleman was actually very polite and sympathetic, and then told me that despite being completely booked last night, there should have been no problem with me checking in early, especially at noon. That there was definitely rooms clean by then. I was so furious! Again, did not take it out on him(he was very poite and sincere), but asked him to please cancel my reservation for the night. Which luckily I was able to call priceline, and they contacted the hotel themselves and the hotel agreed without argument. Ended up leaving New Jersey and finding a hotel Someplace else.

Great location! Room was clean and good, a bit outdated but okay for the price. Staff was friendly during checkin. Multiple restaraunts right in the parking lot.
