  I was so disappointed in the condition of the property, it is completely run down. Your first impression is the lobby and when you walk in, the carpetings are completely worn, dirty, and gross! The room reminded me of a sleazy motel with plastic curtains. Even the window in our room was so fogged between the panes that you could barely see out. The bathroom is so tiny that you could barely fit to walk into it because when opening the door, it is a centimeter of hitting the toilet. Waking up to find a big bug in the sink was alarming as well! Pretty much everything needs updating both in and around the outside of the property. BW, please spend some money and update this run down property!And, forget trying to use the TV, you have to have a manual to get through it and of course, there were no directions in the room. Just a very disappointing experience at Best Western.

  Everyone was very nice and helpful. A bit of a mixup with the original reservation on the phone that got fixed when I got to the property. I really needed a soaking tub as I mentioned on the phone. Unfortunate the standard tubs do not fill far and thus hardly cover a child's legs. They got me what I needed in the end. Breakfast was very good.

  My hubbys and I went here for his birthday weekend from June 13th- june 16th. I can say we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly. But at check in we waited almost an hour or so for our room to b available. But we wasn't the only people waiting for our room. My hubby and I got the room with the jacuzzi and let me just say it was heavenly.. also somehow we had troubles with our room keys. But the staff at front desk was very nice and fixed the issue right away. Other then that our time there was worth it. There's so much to do around there like malls and restaurants also. We would surely go bk there again. Highly recommend thank you Rohan for helping me book the hotel .

  Booked 2 night here for work and was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. The continental breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, a waffle iron to make your own waffles along with many other options. Quiet location just out of busy city and close to airport.

  I had booked on behalf of my company for 3 umpires for an event we were running. I made the reservations over the phone to make sure that the reservations themselves were done correctly and didn't have an error on my end. Booked two different rooms with 2 people arriving on a Friday (6/5) and checking out on a Sunday (6/7), and the 3rd person was checking in on Saturday (6/6) and checking out on Sunday (6/7). I completed a CC authorization form with all the details including the confirmation number. When I called on Monday morning June 8th (the very next day after check out) to get the receipts for my expense reports, I was told that one of the charges was for a no show so there was no receipt, and that the name on room with a no show was in my name and that I did not show. Which I know my 3 employees did show up and stayed, which means instead of putting the 1 person on Saturday in their own room, they were put in the room with the other two and we got charged for a hotel room that no one stayed in. The front desk employee on the phone was really nice and said she would send this over to her manager to look into and they would follow up. I heard nothing for over a week and I called again on Monday June15th inquiring again. I was told management would call me back. Which they did on Monday but I missed the call due to a meeting and they didn't leave any message. I called back again to speak to the manager on duty 3 more times that week to follow up and was told management would be calling back but have yet to hear anything from them again. It's been a rather frustrating experience which is a bummer for us because we use Best Western a lot for our company when we run events. I will say the 4 people I spoke to at the front desk were fantastic on the phone trying to help, unfortunately my issue is management which I know is busy but we are on week 2 and still no communication even with many messages left.
