I just stayed this location for about three weeks to about a month and because they added the money back to my account in the morning and tried to take it out again and my card was locked. The blacklist and kick us out. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life. It’s not our fault. They sent the money back. It was taken out of my account yesterday. I had zero dollars in that account. Everything was in my savings. They took the money out yesterday. Sent it back in the morning and tried to charge my card again and my card was locked. Just like everybody in the world does lock their card so that subscriptions and everything else don’t take money out of their account and they kicked us out for it. I even called corporate and they said yes That’s OK for them to do that I mean this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. I just spent over $4000 at this hotel had no problems with them no warnings no nothing and because because our car was locked, we get kicked out. There’s no way that’s part of a policy. That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard in my life when we unlock our card they paid for the room no problem. They had no issues. They called us in the morning. Woke us up at 8:30 in the morning to tell us that the card declined so we unlocked it and they paid for the room, no problem and then kicked us out for it. How is that good business? I’ve never heard of anything like that in my life. Everybody locks their cards everybody in the world locks their cards so they don’t get money taken out of their account. How can this be a thing? It makes no sense to me. There was no issues beyond that. It was a great place to stay, but this is crazy. I’ve never heard anything like this. They need to change their policies or figure something out because this is just absolutely insane. We had to pack all our stuff up in like an hour and a half and get out of the room because my card was locked which we just unlocked it paid for the room no issues and and this did happen one other time they called us. The card declined. We unlocked the card they paid for the room no problem. We were actually in the room. We never even went down to the front desk to do it and they’re trying to tell us that they warned us the first time and they explained that explain to us how it works but every other time I stayed there I stayed there for over a month or right around a month and we had no issues with the card was locked all the time and it took the money out no problem because they didn’t add it back to my account but since they want to add it back to my account again and the card was locked. This is how they do business I mean, this is crazy. Obviously I’m not allowed to stay here again anyway, but I would never stay here again in my life, this is absolutely crazy so people make sure your card is not locked because if it is, you’re gonna get kicked out I left a picture here where it says they added the money back to my account in the morning

Absolutely perfect place for me to stay while my husband underwent surgery. Perfect location! Staff was very pleasant.
Stayed here for a weekend for Graduation and needed something close to the airport and the venue. The hotel is great! Late check in by 11pm is super helpful ! Rohan and Shah were great, answered all my questions and were very kind. The breakfast is complementary, there is a lot is space for parking. Warning ! If you want late night eats (like I did) you are better off ordering food in the area before 9pm as the area is pretty rural and you’ll get stuck eating McDonald’s at midnight like I did 😂
I will definitely stay here if I come back to visit !

This is a shout-out for the excellent customer service, particularly from Shah Sharezi the Operations Manager who helped me with my booking.
I was unable to use my booking and had many difficulties with my booking service, but Mr Sharezi solved my issue in 5 minutes flat in a professional manner when many other's would not have tried. I am vary grateful to the dedicated staff and their service and highly recommend the hotel.

Staff here are all absolutely amazing especially Felicia who I give a 10 out of 10 rating. She is so helpful and. She really puts her all into what she does. I was personally going thru a lot of upsetting traumatic family stuff with my abusive crazy soon I to be ex husband while I I don’t was in the process of watching my grandmother pass away on hospice everyday at the hospital an Felicia went above and beyond to reassure me that I would be 1000% safe an that during my stay with the hotel I would not have to worry about a thing as far as anyone knowing I was there or anyone trying to come harass me she said no one would be able to call an know I was there or be able to access any info in regards to my room an stay. She made me feel safe an it was like she really cared an showed true concern for me she deserves a raise
