  ** update. They reached out to me and were incredibly kind!! They are taking care of the issue and I still highly recommend them as a place to stay! I love that they took charge of the situation and were wonderful!*** Rooms were fine. Pretty standard. My biggest issue is that I found two hairs in my biscuit and gravy so completely lost my appetite after that. Ants on the breakfast table as well I assume since sugar had been spilled there. Fine place to stay just eat breakfast somewhere else.

  Desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable bed and bedding including the pillows

  Very clean hotel I asked for a room that no pets have been in cause they are pet friendly and they did that for me and there was an Applebees right there in the hotel very nice hidden GEM ….. APPLEBEES WAS GREAT AS WELL THE PPL SO WARM AND WELCOMING

  After finding out that the hotels nearby were totally booked, I was pleasantly surprised to find this. The layout of the hotel is strange; the four wings radiate from the desk (and an Applebee's restaurant). The desk staff, the room, and breakfast were great.

  My party of 3 adults reserved one of their ”suites” (500) for 2 nights mid April 2026. I looked at other hotels in the area, but this one had a bigger room for a better price. Our suite was 2 connecting rooms. The 1st room in the suite has a 2 person jetted tub right when you walk in. The bathroom was decent - lots of counter space with a tub/shower combo. The bedroom area had a built in desk with 3 good sized dresser drawers & a large TV. We had a king sized bed with built in nightstands that had plenty of plugs for all of our gadgets. The adjacent room had a pull out sofa, a 2nd bathroom & a little kitchenette area with microwave, frig & coffee area. We had to request some of the bedding to make the pull out bed but it was quickly provided. I wasn’t a fan of the plantation shutters instead of traditional hotel blackout curtains on the windows but fortunately there wasn’t too much light in the morning. We enjoyed our stay in York & I would definitely consider staying here again when in the area
