    Mostly about the room. Got shafted with its proximity to the pool. People are pretty loud, after arriving late the night before was unable to sleep past 8am. Dumbwaiter was filthy. Inside the rooms is nice at least and the staff were friendly.

    Stayed the last three nights! Friendly staff. Elevator was kind of slow but out of the hotel that is all i can complain about. We will be back.

    Bathroom not very clean, no extra TP.. toilet whined every time you flushed it...mattresses were horrible, elevator needs maintenance...looks old and needs some updating

    Came here because I liked this hotel in the past and the location is good and next to the interstate and plenty of food options . The pool isn't very deep 3 ft I believe so that a bummer but I still enjoyed it last time I stayed sitting in the hot tub. This time ......the hot tub was always full of little children as they allow anyone over 5 yrs old in it! The hotel over charged me from the rate told to me by front desk for Friday . That day the water heater pump broke and so I couldn't shower . Then the hotel passed around a note saying that afternoon when pump was fixed the city was shutting all the water off for 4-6 hours ....so I was told that I would get a full refund for that night and went ahead and stayed sat checking out Sunday . I felt that was fair. Sunday when I checked out. I asked for a print off to make sure Friday was refunded . It was not and even charged me $198 vs $132 . I called to speak with Carol the property manager and she wouldn't refund the night so I was getting upset and she advised me she would give me a credit back of around 17/18 bucks . I just said ok and got off the phone as I feel that's bullshit Then I called coorperate and they reached out and said she again said that's all she would be offering. Coorperate gave me points for future stays on my rewards account since the property wouldn't do anything more but for no water and entire day until around 7pm I believe the entire night should of been refunded as I was originally told would happen. I would pick a diff brand of hotels like IHG or Hilton if staying in Omaha area. I've had much better luck with their hotels, customer service and just being an honest hotel. This one is deceitful and doesn't deserve any business in my opinion. I most deff will not be back and will refer all my business colleagues to not book here as well. Also the breakfast was a good variety of choices and I liked the yogert with nuts or cranberries to add but the hot food esp the potatoes were cold every am of the 4 days I stayed. Book with Hilton downtown for about the same amenities , price and they have a sauna :) They also will treat you a lot better! Thanks :)

    The bed was super uncomfortable. The tv in our room didn't work and the shower wouldn't turn on and so we called and asked for some help so that we didn't break the shower trying to turn it on. The front desk lady said that she would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes went by and we called again and she said she would be right there. Another 15 minutes went by and we went down there and she was sitting at the front desk with what appeared to be her significant other laughing at her phone. So then they both came with to the room and were able to get the shower going but unable to fix the TV which was whatever at this point as it was late and we wanted to shower and enjoy the jacuzzi tub in our room. Then she proceeds to tell us that their is no hot water as it has been broke all day and it won't be fixed until the next day.. so at this point we ended up saying forget it and we left and went and got a different hotel.. She could of told us at check in that there was no hot water, because had we not had the issues we did, then we wouldn't of even known until trying to shower that it was going to be a cold one.. very poor customer service on her end and the hotel should do better about making sure things are working correctly and as they should in the rooms.
